تعزيز القيم الجامعية في القرن الحادي والعشرين رؤية لمقاومة الجامعة لتوجهات الليبرالية الجديدة

تعد الجامعات أحد معاقل القوة الناعمة في أي مجتمع، ليس فقط بما تقدمه من علم ومعرفة، وبما لديها من علماء وطلاب، وإنما بما تملکه کذلک من أصالة وعراقة، وقيم ومبادئ عليا تسهم من خلالها في الحفاظ على ثقافة المجتمع وقيمه الأصلية وعلى تماسکه واستمراره، ورقيه وتقدمه وازدهاره.
  ويعد نشر القيم والأخلاق الإنسانية الرفيعة والحفاظ عليها هو من أهم مهام الجامعة، ولا يمکن أن تقوم الجامعة بذلک إن لم تکن هي في الأصل محافظة عليها متمسکة بها؛ باعتبارها جزء لا يتجزء من رسالتها السامية کمؤسسة تربوية تعمل في أشرف مهنة وأرقي صناعة، ألا وهي صناعة البشر المسلحين بالمعلم والمعرفة جنبا إلى جنب مع القيم والأخلاق.
    وتواجهالجامعة في القرن الحادي والعشرين في ظل الهجمة المادية الشرسة لما يُعرف بالليبرالية الجديدة وهيمنتها على المشهد العالمي وسعيها الحثيث إلى تغليب آليات السوق وإضفاء الطابع التجاري الربحي على التعليم الجامعي – تواجه الجامعة العديد من التحديات التي أثرت ومازالت تؤثر على قيمها ورسالتها ودورها ومکانتها، وهو الأمر الذي يثير الکثير من المخاوف من أن تتحول الجامعات إلى مؤسسات استثمارية وأن يأتي الاهتمام بالمکاسب الاقتصادية على حساب القيم الأکاديمية، وکفاءة وجودة العملية التعليمية.
   وفي ضوء ذلک سعى هذا البحث لإلقاء الضوء على أهم القيم والمبادئ التي قامت عليها الجامعة منذ نشأتها، والأخرى التي برزت أهيمتها في الآونة الأخيرة، وأهم توجهات الليبرالية الجديدة التي أثرت بدرجة کبيرة على هذه القيم الجامعية في القرن الحادي والعشرين، مع تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتعزيز القيم الجامعية لمقاومة هذه التوجهات؛ لتستعيد الجامعة مکانتها، وتعود لأداء دورها المنوط بها باعتبارها أحد أهم معاقل القوة الناعمة في المجتمع.
Universities are one of the strongholds of soft power in any society, not only by the knowledge and science they provide, their scientists and students but also by its originality and heritage, values ​​and principles that contribute to preserving the culture and values ​​of the society, its cohesion and continuity, Progress and prosperity.
 
   The dissemination and preservation of high moral values ​​and ethics is one of the most important tasks of the university, and the university cannot do so if it is not adhere and comply with in original; as an integral part of its mission as an educational institution working in the noblest profession and the highest industry, that is human industry who are armed with science and knowledge along with values ​​and ethics.
   In the twenty-first century, the university is facing - in light of - the materialistic attack of what is known as neoliberalism and its dominance on the world scene and its striving to market mechanisms and commercialization of university education , the university faces many challenges that have affected and still affect it's values , mission, role and status which raises many concerns that universities become investment institutions and come to pay attention to economic gains at the expense of academic values, efficiency and quality of the educational process.
    In light of this, this current research sought to shed light on the most important values ​​and principles on which the university was founded since its inception, and the most recent ones which have emerged in recent times, and the most important directions of neoliberalism that have greatly influenced these university values ​​in the 21st century, to regain the status of the university, and return to the performance of its role as one of the most important strongholds of soft power in society.
