بنية الشخصية في ضوء نموذج العوامل الستة (هيكساكو): دراسة عبر ثقافية مقارنة لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة في كل من مصر والكويت

هدفت البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لقائمة العوامل الستة للشخصية الصورة الكاملة لدى طلاب الجامعة في مصر والكويت، وتعرف الفروق التي تعزى للثقافة والنوع، وذلك على عينة بلغت (960)، بواقع (612) من طلاب الجامعة في مصر، بمتوسط (19.70) عامًا، وانحراف معياري (1.36)، (348) من طلاب جامعة الكويت، بمتوسط (19.92)، وانحراف معياري (1.84)، تم تطبيق الاستبانة الكاملة المراجعة -۱۰۰عبارة (Lee&Ashton,2018)، ترجمة وإعداد للبيئة العربية كل من البهنساوي، وعدوي (2022). أظهرت النتائج القدرة على استخلاص العوامل الستة للشخصية في الصورة الكاملة باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي في البيئة المصرية والكويتية، واتسمت القائمة بثبات جيد في البيئتين. وبالنسبة للفروق وفق متغير (النوع)، أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في كل من (الانفعالية – الخوف – القلق - التأثر العاطفي – المرونة – الصبر - يقظة الضمير – التنظيم – الدأب - توخي الكمال - الحصافة - التقدير الجمالي – الفضول - الانفتاح على الخبرة) لصالح (الإناث)، بينما جاءت الفروق في كل من (الانبساطية - تقدير الذات الاجتماعي - الجرأة الاجتماعية – المقبولية – الصفح – الدماثة - الإبداع) لصالح (الذكور). وبالنسبة للفروق وفق متغير الثقافة جاءت الفروق في كل من (الأمانة – التواضع - تجنب الطمع – التواضع – الانفعالية -الخوف – القلق – الانبساطية - تقدير الذات الاجتماعي – الحيوية – المقبولية – الصفح – الدماثة – الصبر - توخي الكمال – اللاتقليدية - الانفتاح على الخبرة)  لصالح (الطلاب الكويتيين)، وجاءت الفروق في كل من (الإنصاف – الاعتماد - الجرأة الاجتماعية - حُسن المعاشرة - يقظة الضمير – التنظيم – الدأب - الإبداع) لصالح (الطلاب المصريين).
 
Abstract:
The current research aimed to validate The Full HEXACO personality inventory among University students in Egypt and Kuwait,and to identify the differences attributed to culture and gender, on the list of the six factors of personality, the full picture. The study was conducted on a sample of (960), with a rate of (612) of university students in Egypt, with an average age of (19.70) years, and a standard deviation of (1.36) years, (348) Kuwait University students, with an average age of (19.92) years, and a standard deviation of (1.84). Using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, results show the extraction of six factors of Personality for the full version in the Egyptian and Kuwaitis settings.and the list was characterized by good stability in the Egyptian and Kuwaiti environments.While the differences were statistically significant in each of (honesty - humility - avoiding greed - humility - emotionality - fear - anxiety - extroversion - social self-esteem - vitality - acceptability - forgiveness - gentleness - patience - seeking perfection - unconventional - openness to experience) in favor of (Kuwaiti students), while the differences were statistically significant in each of (fairness - dependence - social audacity - good manners - vigilance of conscience - organization - perseverance - creativity) in favor of (Egyptian students).While the differences were statistically significant in each of (emotional-fear-anxiety-emotional vulnerability-flexibility-patience-conscience-organization-perseverance-pursuance of perfection-prudence-aesthetic appreciation-curiosity-openness to experience) in favor of (females), while it came The differences are statistically significant in each of (extraversion - social self-esteem - social boldness - acceptability - forgiveness - gentleness - creativity) in favor of (males).
