النمط القيادي الديكتاتوري للمديرين وعلاقته بالصمت الدفاعي لدى المعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة الفيوم

ملخص البحث:
هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للنمط القيادي الديكتاتوري من حيث مفهومه وخصائصه وعيوبه والصمت الدفاعي من حيث المفهوم وآثار الصمت الدفاعي بالمدارس وسبل مواجهته، ورصد واقع النمط القيادي الديكتاتوري بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة الفيوم، ورصد واقع الصمت الدفاعي لدى المعلمين بها، والعلاقة بينهما، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد في إطاره الميداني على استبانة للتعرف على واقع النمط القيادي الديكتاتوري لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة الفيوم وواقع الصمت الدفاعي للمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة الفيوم، ومقترحات للتغلب على الصمت الدفاعي للمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة الفيوم  ، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (331) معلمًا بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الفيوم.
 وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من بينها: أن النمط القيادي الديكتاتوري لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الفيوم يتحقق بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.02)، وأن الصمت الدفاعي لدى معلمي مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الفيوم يتحقق بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.16)، ووجود علاقة ارتباط طردية قوية بين تطبيق النمط القيادي الديكتاتوري للمديرين والصمت الدفاعي لدى المعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة الفيوم.
وانتهى البحث بوضع عدة مقترحات لمواجهة الصمت الدفاعي لدى المعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة الفيوم.

Summary:
The aim of the current research is to identify the theoretical foundations of the dictatorial leadership style, including its concept, characteristics, and drawbacks, as well as the concept of defensive silence, its effects in schools, and ways to confront it. The study also aims to observe the reality of the dictatorial leadership style in public high schools in the Fayoum governorate, as well as the reality of defensive silence among teachers and the relationship between the two. The research relies on a descriptive methodology and uses a survey to identify the reality of the dictatorial leadership style among high school principals in the Fayoum governorate and the reality of defensive silence among teachers in public high schools in the same governorate. The study also proposes solutions to overcome the problem of defensive silence among teachers in public high schools in the Fayoum
The study results indicate that:The dictatorial leadership style among high school principals in the Fayoum governorate is highly prevalent, with an arithmetic average of 2.02, and defensive silence among teachers in public high schools in the Fayoum governorate is also highly prevalent, with an arithmetic average of 2.16, and there is a strong negative correlation between the application of the dictatorial leadership style by principals and the defensive silence of teachers in public high schools in the Fayoum governorate. The study concludes with several proposals to confront the problem of defensive silence among teachers in public high schools in Fayoum governorate.
