واقع الاغتراب النفسي لدى طلبة الداخل المحتل الملتحقين بالجامعة العربية الأمريكية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة

ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الاغتراب النفسي لدى طلبة الداخل المحتل الملتحقين بالجامعة العربية الأمريكية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة، ومعرفة الفروق في متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى الاغتراب النفسي باختلاف متغير: (الجنس، السنة الدراسية), واستخدم المنهج الوصفي عبر تطبيق أداة الدراسة: مقياس الاغتراب النفسي، على عينة قصدية قوامها (162) طالباً وطالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: أن المتوسط الحسابي لتقديرات عينة الدراسة على مقياس الاغتراب النفسي ككل بلغ (3.61) وبنسبة مئوية (72.2) وبتقدير متوسط، أما المتوسطات الحسابية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن فقرات مقياس الاغتراب النفسي فتراوحت ما بين (4.27-2.38)، كما أسفرت نتائج الدارسة عن وجود فروق في الاغتراب النفسي لدى الطلبة تعزى إلى متغير الجنس, إذ جاءت الفروق  في اتجاه الإناث.
 وبينت النتائج وجود فروق تعزى إلى متغير السنة الدراسية، وجاءت الفروق  في اتجاه كل من: (أقل من  سنة)، و (من سنة لأقل من  ثلاث سنوات)، وفي ضوء النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات، أهمها: ضرورة إنشاء مركز للتنمية والإرشاد في الجامعة، وتفعيل نشاطاته لتقديم خدمات تنموية إرشادية وعلاجية لأكثر مشاكل الطلبة انتشارا لا سيما طلبة المناطق المستوطنة، وأن تقوم مؤسسات المجتمع المدني بنشر ثقافة الانتماء والالتزام بمعايير وقيم المجتمع في صفوف الفلسطينيين بشكل عام وفلسطيني الداخل الفلسطيني المحتل بشكل خاص. 
 
The study aimed to investigate the reality of psychological alienation among students from the occupied interior enrolled at the Arab American University in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, and to investigate the differences in the average estimates of the study sample members for the level of psychological alienation according to: (gender, academic year). The descriptive analytical method was used by applying the Psychological Alienation Scale, to an available purposive sample of 162 male and female students. The results showed that the average of the psychological alienation as a whole was (3.61) and in percentage (72.2) with a moderate rating. As for the averages of the study sample members’ answers to the items of the psychological alienation scale, they ranged between (4.27 - 2.38). The results of the study also revealed differences in psychological alienation among students due to gender; The differences were in favor of females. The results also showed that there were differences attributed to study year, and the differences were in favor of both: (less than one year) and (from one year to less than three years). In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is: the necessity of establishing a center for development and guidance in The university, and activating its activities to provide development, guidance and treatment services for the most widespread students’ problems, especially students in settlement areas, and for civil society institutions to spread the culture of belonging and commitment to the standards and values of society among the Palestinians in general and the Palestinians of the occupied Palestinian interior in particular.
