هدف البحث :إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري لكل من العمليات الإدارية بالإدارات التعليمية ، ومتطلبات التحول الرقمي ومقترحات لتحسين العمليات الإدارية بالإدارات التعليمية في ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي  وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها :
ضعف وجود التحول الرقمي بالإدارات التعليمية ، ضرورة العمل على تدعيم البنية التحتية بالإدارات التعليمية ،ضرورة اكساب العاملين بالإدارات التعليمية مهارات التعامل مع تطبيقات الإدارة الرقمية وضرورة وجود نظم الكترونية متصلة بالانترنت لإدارة التحول الرقمي ، ضرورة وجود خطة لتحسين العمليات الإدارية في ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي
