ملخص البحث:
هدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير عملية صنع القرار بجامعة الفيوم على ضوء مدخل اليقظة الاستراتيجية، وذلك من خلال عرض الأسس الفكرية لليقظة الاستراتيجية وانعكاسها على عملية صنع القرار بالجامعات، والوقوف على الوضع الراهن لصنع القرار بجامعة الفيوم على مدخل ضوء اليقظة الاستراتيجية، ووضع آليات مقترحة لتطوير صنع القرار بجامعة الفيوم على ضوء مدخل اليقظة الاستراتيجية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وكانت أداة البحث المستخدمة لجمع البيانات هي الاستبيانة، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها غياب المعايير التي يتم في ضوئها صنع القرارات، وإغفال تغيرات بيئة الجامعة الداخلية والخارجية عند صنع القرارات، وغياب مشاركة كافة المستفيدين في طرح البدائل لصنع القرارات، ونقص الإمكانات اللازمة لتنفيذ القرارات المتخذة.

Abstract:    
The current research aims to develop the making decision process at Fayoum University in light of the strategic vigilance approach, by presenting the intellectual foundations of strategic vigilance and its reflection on the making decision process in universities, and standing on the current situation of making decision at Fayoum University in the light of strategic vigilance approach, and developing proposed mechanisms for the development of strategic vigilance, the decision at Fayoum University in the light of the strategic vigilance approach he research used the descriptive approach, The research tool used to collect data was the questionnaire, the research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is the absence of criteria in the light of which decisions are made, the neglect of changes in the internal and external environment of the university when making decisions, the absence of participation of all beneficiaries in offering alternatives for making decision, and the lack of necessary capabilities. to implement the decisions taken.
