متطلبات إدارة الأزمات بالجامعات المصرية فى ضوء مدخل الرشاقة الاستراتيجية

ملخص الدراسة
       هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية لإدارة الأزمات ورصد واقعها بالجامعات المصرية، والتعرف على الأسس الفكرية لمدخل الرشاقة الاستراتيجية وعلاقتها بإدارة الأزمات، وتحديد أهم متطلبات إدارة الأزمات بالجامعات المصرية فى ضوء مدخل الرشاقة الاستراتيجية .وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلي . وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن تحديد تسعة متطلبات رئيسة لإدارة الأزمات فى الجامعات المصرية فى ضوء مدخل الرشاقة الاستراتيجية تمثلت فى : (  متطلبات القيادة - متطلبات الإدارة الاستباقية للأزمة - متطلبات التخطيط الاستراتيجي للأزمة - متطلبات الهيكل التنظيمي - متطلبات أنظمة العمل - متطلبات تدفق وسيولة الموارد -  متطلبات الاتصال متعدد الوظائف - متطلبات تتعلق ببيئة العمل والجو النفسي – متطلبات القدرة على الحساسية الاستراتيجية) ،  وأوصت الدراسة بمواصلة البحث فى الاستفادة من مدخل الرشاقة الاستراتيجية  فى الجامعات  المصرية .

Crisis Management Requirements in Egyptian Universities in Light of the Strategic Agility Approach
 
Abstract
           This study aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of crisis management and monitor its reality in Egyptian universities, identify the intellectual foundations of the strategic agility approach and its relationship to crisis management, and identify the most important requirements for crisis management in Egyptian universities in light of the strategic agility approach. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The results of the study resulted in identifying nine main requirements for crisis management in Egyptian universities in the light of the strategic agility approach represented in (1) requirements of leadership, (2) requirements for proactive management of the crisis, (3) requirements of strategic planning for crises, (4) requirements of organizational structure, (5) requirements of working systems, (6) requirements Of the flow and fluidity of resources, (7) requirements related to multi-functional communication for crisis management, (8) Requirements related to the work environment and psychological atmosphere, and (9) requirements for the ability to strategic sensitivity. The study recommended continuing research on benefiting from the strategic agility approach in Egyptian universities.
