تطوير مراكز التميز البحثي بالجامعات المصرية على ضوء مركز التميز البحثي بجامعة ستانفورد ومؤشرات تصنيف سيماجو(SCImago)

ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الاجراءات المقترحة لتطوير مراكز التميز البحثي بالجامعات المصرية على ضوء مركز التميز البحثي بجامعة ستافنورد ومؤشرات تصنيف سيماجو، وذك لرفع ترتيبها عند قياس أدائها من خلال مؤشرات تصنيف سيماجو الذي يركز على عوامل : البحث والابتكار والتأثير المجتمعي,وعرضت الدراسة إطاراً نظرياً حول مراكز التميز البحثي وتصنيف سيماجو الأسباني العالمي، ثم قامت الدراسة بالحديث عن نموذج مركز التميز البحثي الإكلينيكي بجامعة ستانفورد كأحد النماذج المعيارية في هذا المجال,ولقد استرشدت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي وذلك لتحليل واقع مراكز التميز البحثي بالجامعات المصرية وملامح مركز التميز البحثي بجامعة ستانفورد على ضوء تصنيف سيماجو,وتوصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة تتعلق بـ : البحث العلمي والتميز في القيادة والريادة العلمية وإدارة المواهب وإدارة وحدات النشر العلمي وجودة الإخراج والنشر وحجم الويب وإدارة الابتكار وإدارة نظام براءات الاختراع وإدارة الخدمات الإلكترونية.
 Abstract:
The current study aimed to identify the proposed procedures for developing research excellence centers in the Egyptian Universities in the light of the Center of Research Excellence at Stafford University and the SCImago classification indicators, in order to raise its rank and compare it with international research excellence centers when measuring its performance through the indicators of the SCImago classification, which focuses on factors: research, innovation or creation and societal impact.
The study presented a theoretical framework about research excellence centers and the Spanish international SCImago classification, and then the study talked about the model of the Clinical Research Excellence Center at Stanford University as one of the standard models in this field.
The study was guided by the descriptive method in order to analyze the reality of research excellence centers in the Egyptian Universities and Features of the Stanford University Center of Excellence in Research in the light of the SCImago classification.
The study reached a set of results following procedures related to:
Scientific research, excellence in leadership, scientific leadership, talent management, management of scientific publishing units, output and publishing quality, web size, innovation or creation management, patent system management, and electronic (on line) services management.
