معوقات المشاركة في العمل التطوعي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمات

    هدف البحث إلى التعرف على معوقات المشاركة في العمل التطوعي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمات، من خلال التعرف على دور المدرسة الثانوية في الحد من المعوقات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر المعلمات، والتعرف على التحديات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر المعلمات، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملائمته للبحث الحالي، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وبناءً على ذلك فإن عينة البحث الحالي تبلغ (361) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية، وقامت الباحثة بإرسال الاستبانة الإلكترونية حتى حصلت على عدد (379) من الردود الإلكترونية، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة للبحث، وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي:
-يتبين أن المدرسة الثانوية لها دور كبير في الحد من المعوقات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر المعلمات، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.82 من 5.00).
-يتبين أن هناك توافقاً في آراء أفراد البحث نحو دور المدرسة الثانوية في الحد من المعوقات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي، بمتوسطات حسابية تراوحت ما بين (3.53 إلى 4.44).
- يتبين أن المعوقات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي تؤثر بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.67 من 5.00).
- يتبين أن هناك تبايناً في آراء أفراد البحث نحو المعوقات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي، بمتوسطات حسابية تراوحت ما بين (3.21 إلى 3.98).
- يتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء عينة البحث نحو التحديات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة، وبالتالي لا يوجد تأثير دال إحصائياً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، نحو التحديات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي.
- تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء عينة البحث نحو دور المدرسة الثانوية في الحد من المعوقات التي تواجه طالبات المرحلة الثانوية أثناء المشاركة في العمل التطوعي باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح أفراد البحث من ذوي الخبرة من 5 سنوات إلى أقل من 10 سنوات، وأفراد البحث من ذوي الخبرة من 10 سنوات فأكثر.


Abstract
This study aims to address the volunteerism participating obstacles for secondary school female students in public schools from the female teacher's perspective. The study discusses the role of the secondary school in reducing the obstacles that the secondary school female students face during their participating in volunteerism from the female teacher's perspective.  The study explains the challenges that the secondary school female students face during their participating in volunteerism from the female teacher's perspective. The researcher followed the descriptive survey methodology to full fill the study objectives as it suitable for the study. The study sample was selected randomly.  The study sample includes (361) secondary school female teachers in public schools. The researcher sent the electronic survey to have (379) electronic responses. The survey is the main tool for the study. The study findings are as follow: 
-    The findings reached that the secondary school has a significant role in reducing the obstacles that face the secondary school female students during their participating in volunteerism from the female teacher's perspective with an average of (3.82 out of 5.00).
-    The findings also reached that there is a consensuses among the study sample regarding the role of the secondary school in reducing the obstacles that face the secondary school female students during their participating in volunteerism with an approximately average of (3.53 to 4.44).  
-    It also concluded that the obstacles that face the secondary school female students during their participating in volunteerism have significant effects from the female teacher's perspective with an average of (3.67 out of 5.00). 
-    There are different views among the study sample regarding the obstacles that face the secondary school female students during their participating in volunteerism with an approximately average of (3.21 to 3.98). 
-    The findings also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the study sample views regarding the obstacles that the secondary school female students face during their participating in volunteerism according to the experience years variable, thus there is no statistically significant effect for the experience years variable in regard with the obstacles that face the secondary school female students during their participating in volunteerism.  
-    There are statistically significant differences in the study sample views regarding the role of the secondary school in reducing the obstacles that face the secondary school female students during their participating in volunteerism according to the experience years variable for the study sample with experience of five years to less than ten years in addition to the study sample of ten years and over.
