بدائل إستراتيجية مقترحة لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي لجامعة بنها بإستخدام مدخل التخطيط الإستراتيجي

الملخص
ثمة إهتمام متزايد على الأصعدة كافة ، بأن التميز المؤسسى أحد الغايات الرئيسة للمؤسسات  المتطورة ، نظرا لأهميته فى  زيادة قدرتها التنافسية ، وتجسير دعائم التقدم ودفع حركة التنمية وبيئة سوق العمل التي يغلب عليها طابع التغيير ، علاوة على ذلك أضحى اليوم سمة مميزة للمؤسسات في المجتمعات المعاصر ، وعليه هدف البحث الحالي تعرُّف ملامح  التميز المؤسسي، من حيث مفهومه وأهميته وأبعاده، وتعرُّف مبررات توجه الجامعات نحو التميز المؤسسي ومتطلبات تحقيقه، وتقديم بعض البدائل الإستراتيجية لجامعة بنها من أجل تحقيق تميزها المؤسسي باستخدام مدخل التخطيط الإستراتيجي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد البحث في معالجته على المنهج الوصفي، مع الاستعانة بأسلوب التحليل البيئي(SWOT)،  لبناء مصفوفة التحليل المزدوج لعناصر البيئة الداخلية والخارجية لجامعة بنها من أجل تحديد  البدائل الإستراتيجية التي تمكنها من تحقيق التميز المؤسسي، والتي تمثلت في أربعة بدائل إستراتيجية، هي: إستراتيجية التميز الابتكاري التنافسي، إستراتيجية  المكافة العلاجية، وإستراتيجية التميز الريادي، وإستراتيجية المكافحة الشاملة لتحقيق التميز.

Suggested Strategic Alternatives for Achieving Institutional Excellence of Banha University through using the Strategic Planning Approach
Abstract
The Institutional Excellence is one of The Main Goals of Innovative Institutions, So There is an Accumulative Interest of it at All Levels. As a Result of its Importance in Increasing Their Competitiveness, Strengthens The Pillars of Progress and Pushing The Development Movement And The Labor Market That is Dominated by The Nature of Change. Moreover, it has Become A Unique Feature of Institutions in Contemporary Societies. Therefore, the Goal of The Current Research is To Determine The Features of Institutional Excellence in Terms of its Concept, Importance, Dimensions, and to Identify The Justifications for Universities Towards Institutional Excellence and The Requirements of its Achievement, and to Provide Some Strategic Alternatives to Benha University to Achieve its Institutional Distinction Through Using The Strategic Planning Approach. To Achieve This Goal, The Research Used The Descriptive Method and The SWOT Analysis Method, To Build ADouble Analysis Matrix of The Internal and External Environment Elements of Benha University to Define The Strategic Alternatives That Enable it to Achieve Institutional Excellence, Which Was Represented in Four Strategic Alternatives: Competitive Innovative Excellence Strategy, Treatment Combat Strategy, Leading Excellence Strategy and Comprehensive Combat Strategy to Achieve Excellence.
