دور جامعة الملك خالد في تنمية مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين

ملخص البحث: 
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع امتلاك طلبة جامعة الملك خالد لمهارات القرن الواحد والعشرين (التعلم والإبداع والمهارات التقنية) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك خالد، ولتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) على عينة مكونة من (35) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة الملك  خالد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى إن المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع امتلاك طلبة جامعة الملك خالد  لمهارات التفكير الإبداعي كانت كبيرة وبمتوسط (3,52) وانحراف معياري (8,04)، وإن المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول  واقع امتلاك طلبة جامعة الملك خالد لمهارات التفكير ما وراء المعرفي كانت كبيرة وبمتوسط (3,67) وانحراف معياري (6,9)، وإن المتوسط العام لاستجابات العينة حول  واقع امتلاك طلبة جامعة الملك خالد لمهارة حل المشكلات كانت كبيرة وبمتوسط(3,82) وانحراف معياري (8,6)، وإن المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع امتلاك طلبة جامعة الملك خالد للمهارات التقنية كانت كبيرة وبمتوسط(4,05) وانحراف معياري(4,4)، كما توصلت النتائج لوجود فروق إحصائية في استجابات العينة حول دور جامعة الملك خالد في تنمية مهارات القرن الـ 21 لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغيرات (الرتبة العلمية، الوظيفة الحالية).
 
 
 
Abstract
This current research aims to identify the reality of King Khalid University students’ possession of the 21st century skills (learning, creativity and technical skills) from the viewpoint of faculty members at the College of Education, King Khalid University.  To achieve the objectives of this research, the descriptive analytical method was relied upon, and after applying the study tool (the questionnaire) to a sample of (35) faculty members at the College of Education, King Khalid University. the results of the study reached: The general average of the responses of the sample members about the reality of the possession of creative thinking skills by King Khalid University students was large, with a mean (3.52) and a standard deviation (8.04), and The general average of the responses of the sample members about the reality of the possession of metacognitive thinking skills by King Khalid University students was large, with an average of (3.67), and a standard deviation of (6.9), and the general average of the sample members’ responses about the reality of the King Khalid University students’ problem-solving skill was large, with an average of (3.82), and a standard deviation of (8.6( And the general average of the responses of the sample members about the reality of the possession of technical skills by King Khalid University students was large, with an average of (4.05), and a standard deviation of (4.4), The results also revealed that there were statistical differences in the sample responses about the role of King Khalid University in developing the skills of the 21st century among students in the light of the human capacity development program due to the variables (Scientific Rank, Current Job).
