الجامعات المعززة للصحة مدخل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالجامعات المصرية على ضوء خبرة أسبانيا

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف الإطار المفاهيمي للجامعات المعززة للصحة ، وكذلك تعرف الأسس النظرية للتنمية المستدامة ، وواقع الجهود المبذولة نحو تعزيز الصحة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالجامعات المصرية ، وتقديم بعض المقترحات لتعزيزها على ضوء الإفادة من خبرة أسبانيا. استخدم البحث المنهج المقارن، وتوصل البحث إلى أنه على الرغم من أن العصر الحالي يشهد انتشار العديد من الأمراض والأوبئة إلا أن الواقع الفعلي يشير إلى قلة الإهتمام بتعزيز الصحة والتثقيف الصحي داخل الجامعات المصرية فعلى الرغم من وجود بعض المحاولات إلا أنه لم تصل للحد المرجو منها ، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات لتعزيز الصحة بالجامعات المصرية منها: دمج مفهوم تعزيز الصحة في سياسة الجامعة على سبيل المثال : في الرؤية والرسالة وكذلك الأهداف والاتفاقات وغيرها ، العمل على توفير الامكانات والموارد اللازمة لتعزيز الصحة بالجامعات ، تكوين لجان إشرافية تكون مسئولة عن تطوير الهياكل والعمليات المعززة للصحة في جميع المجالات بالجامعة، إدارة المعلومات بشفافية وتستخدم نتائج التقارير الصحية لصياغة الأهداف أولا بأول حسب المستجدات الموجودة، تلتزم الجامعات بتحقيق الأهداف المعززة للصحة تحقيقاً للتنمية المستدامة ، تكوين شبكة من الجامعات المصرية المعززة للصحة هذه الشبكة تكون لها رؤية وأهداف محددة وخطط إستراتيجية ولجان إشرافية تلزم الجامعات الاعضاء بها لتعزيز الصحة بداخلها.
Summary
The aim of the current research is to know the conceptual framework of health-promoting universities, as well as to know the theoretical foundations for sustainable development, and the reality of efforts made towards health promotion to achieve sustainable development in Egyptian universities, and to present some proposals to enhance them in the light of benefiting from the experience of Spain. The research used the comparative method, and the research concluded that although the current era is witnessing the spread of many diseases and epidemics, the actual reality indicates a lack of interest in health promotion and health education within Egyptian universities. The research concluded with a set of proposals to promote health in Egyptian universities, including: Integrating the concept of health promotion into university policy, for example: in the vision and mission as well as goals, agreements and others, working to provide the capabilities and resources necessary to promote health in universities, forming supervisory committees that are responsible for developing structures and processes Health-promoting in all fields at the university, managing information transparently and using the results of health reports to formulate goals first-hand according to existing developments, universities are committed to achieving health-promoting goals in order to achieve sustainable development, forming a network of health-promoting Egyptian universities. This network has a vision, specific goals, strategic plans, and supervisory committees Member universities are obligated to promote health within them.
