هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف واقع مراكز التميز البحثي بكليات التربية في مصر، وتقديم بعض المقترحات لتعزيزه على ضوء الإفادة من خبرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية واستخدم البحث المنهج المقارن، وخلص إلى مجموعة من النتائج لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية لكليات التربية منها التوسع في إنشاء مراكز التميز البحثيبكليات التربية في مصر وإقامة ورش عمل دورية لتعریف الباحثین بأھم معاییر التميز البحثي وفقا لتخصصاتهم، وتشجيع التحالفات والشراكات مع الجامعات التي تمتلك قدرة تنافسية عالية، وزیادة التمویل المخصص لدعم البنیة التحتیة لمؤسسات التعليم العالي، وتخصیص جزء من میزانیة الجامعة كمیزانیة مستقلة لدعم التوسع في إنشاء مراكز التميز البحثي بكليات التربية ، والسعي لتحقيق التكامل بين مراكز التميز البحثي ومراكز نقل وتسويق التكنولوجيا بالجامعة للاستفادة من نتائج البحث العلمي، والعمل على ربط البحث العلمي بالجامعة بمشكلات المجتمع لدراسة أهم التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع المصري والعمل على وضع حلول مبتكرة لها ، وإكساب الباحثین فى الداخل خبرة التواصل الدولى.
A comparative Study Of Centers Of Research Excellence En Enhancing The Competitiveness Of Colleges Of Education En The United States Of America And Egypt
Summary:
The current research aims to identify the reality of educational excellence centers in institutions of higher education in Egypt, and to present some proposals to strengthen it in the light of benefiting from the experience of the United States of America in identifying centers of research excellence and their role in enhancing the competitiveness of faculties of education. The research used the comparative approach, and concluded with a set of suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of faculties of education by expanding the establishment of centers of educational excellence in higher education institutions in Egypt, including: holding periodic workshops to familiarize researchers with the most important standards of research excellence according to their specializations, encouraging alliances and partnerships with universities that own high competitiveness, increasing the funding allocated to support the infrastructure of higher education institutions, and allocating part of the university’s budget as a separate budget to support the expansion of establishing centers of educational excellence, integration between educational excellence centers and technology transfer and marketing centers at the university to benefit from the results of scientific research, to link scientific research with community problems to study the most important challenges facing the Egyptian society and work to develop innovative solutions to them, and to provide internal researchers with international communication experience.
