the current research aimed to identify how to mentoring new school principals in several countries, and in order to achieve this goal, the comparative educational approach was used, and the research description and interpretation the mentoring of new school prencipal in England, the United States of America and Singapore to determine how to provide the mentoring process through specific entities and institutions, the historical development of new school principals mentoring, the characteristics and components of new school principals mentoring programs, and the comparison between those countries to determine the similarities and differences between them. and its interpretation in the light of some related social science concepts, and the extraction of generalizations that can be used in mentoring new school principals in Egypt. The research found proposals related to preparing school principals, identifying the bodies responsible for mentoring new school principals, selecting and training menetors, and the components of a program to mentoring new school principals in Egypt.
