The organizational Health and its Relationship to Administrative creativity among public Secondary school principals in Menoufia Governorate. "A field study"

Abstract:

The research aimed at exploring the relation between the organizational health and the administrative creativity, practiced by the principals in public secondary schools in Menoufia governorate. The sample consisted of (535) male and female teachers, who were drawn randomly from the population of the research, by using proportional stratified random sample. Two tools were used to collect data. The first was to measure the organizational health. The second was to measure the administrative creativity among principals in government secondary schools. Validity and Reliability of the tools were assured the findings of the research were as the following:

-          The level of the organizational health in public secondary schools in Menoufia Governorate from teacher's point of view, was high. The mean was (3.82), with a standard deviation of (0.63)

-          The level of practicing of administrative creativity, by public secondary school principals in Menoufia Governorate from teacher's point of view, was high. The mean was (3.742), with a standard deviation of (0.583).

-          There was a positive significant correlational relationship at (α≤ 0.05) between the total score of the organizational health and the total score of the level of principals' of administrative creativity. As well as, there were significant correlational relationship at (α≤ 0.05) among all the dimensions of the organizational health and all the dimensions of the administrative creativity.

-          There were no significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) in the level of the organizational health in public secondary schools in Menoufia Governorate refers to the variables of:(gender, academic qualification and job title).

-          There were no significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) in the level of practicing the administrative creativity dimensions among public secondary school principals in menoufia governorate refers to the variables of:( gender, academic qualification and job title).
