الملخص
تعد الإشاعات الطلابية مشکلة من أخطر المشکلات التى تواجة الإدارة المدرسية، حيث تمتد
آثارها السلبية لتشمل کافة جوانب العملية التربوية والتعليمية داخل المدرسة، ويهدف البحث الحالى إلى
تعرف جوانب الإفادة من جهود الإدارة المدرسية فى مواجهة الإشاعات الطلابية فى کل من ألمانيا،
وأستراليا، وإمکانية الإفادة منها فى مصر، واستخدم الباحث المنهج المقارن، وبالتالى يسير البحث وفق
الخطوات المنهجية التالية: الخطوة الأولى: الإطار العام للبحث. والخطوة الثانية: عرض الأطر
النظرية والفکرية للإشاعات الطلابية فى ضوء الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة. والخطوة الثالثة: إبراز أهم
جهود الإدارة المدرسية فى مواجهة الإشاعات الطلابية فى ألمانيا فى ضوء القوى والعوامل المؤثرة
فيها. والخطوة الرابعة: إبراز أهم جهود الإدارة المدرسية فى مواجهة الإشاعات الطلابية فى أستراليا فى
ضوء القوى والعوامل المؤثرة فيها. والخطوة الخامسة: عرض أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين جهود الإدارة
المدرسية فى مواجهة الإشاعات الطلابية فى کل من ألمانيا وأستراليا فى ضوء القوى والعوامل المؤثرة
فيها. والخطوة السادسة: وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل جهود الإدارة المدرسية فى مواجهة الإشاعات
الطلابية فى مصر فى ضوء خبرات وتجارب کل من ألمانيا وأستراليا، وبما يتناسب مع ثقافة
وخصوصية المجتمع المصرى.
Efforts of the school Administration to Face Students' Rumors in Germany and
Australia and Utilizing Them in Egypt
Abstract:
Students' rumors are considered one of the most critical problems faces the
school administration. Its negative effects are extended to include all of the
educational and instructional aspects within the school. The recent research aims
to recognize the efforts exerted by the school administration to face the students'
rumors in both of Germany and Australia, and how to utilize them in Egypt. The
researcher uses the comparative approach; so, the research is adhered to the
following systematic steps: The first step: the general framework of the research.
The second step: reviewing the theoretical and intellectual views of students' rumors
referring to the current educational literature. The third step: highlighting the most
important efforts exerted to face the students' rumors in Germany referring to the
factors and powers affecting them. The fourth step: emphasizing the most important
efforts exerted to face the students' rumors in Australia referring to the factors and 
powers that affect them.The fifth step: presenting the similarities and differences
between the efforts exerted by school administration in both Germany and
Australia to face the students' rumors referring to the factors and powers that
affect them. The sixth step: setting a suggested proposal to activate the efforts
exerted by the school administration to face the students' rumors in Egypt
referring to the experiences and practices of both Germany and Australia,
conforming to the culture and privacy of the Egyptian society.
