Abstract:

The study aimed to innovate the innovation of school supplies for the first cycle of basic education using the Gemba Kaizen method in Fayoum Governorate, by identifying the foundations. There is no innovation in the Gymba Kaizen method, management that enables it in the first engineering of basic education, developing a vision for technology and innovation in the first engineering of basic education using the Gymba Kaizen method in Fayoum Governorate, and the study was limited to the first episode of basic education using the Gymba Kaizen method in Fayoum Governorate, and the study reached the conclusion of innovation. Clearly, to implement this proposed vision, and in order to overcome the implementation of the proposed vision, a set of methods were reached, including: arriving at appropriate funding sources and providing the necessary resources to implement the vision, It is also possible to train employees and appoint additional workers to strengthen the work team.
