دور برامج الاستثمار الأمثل في تعزيز المنظومة القيمية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على المنظومة القيمة للمعلم وفقا لرؤية المملكة 2030 (معيار التدريب المهني للمعلم) ،  رصد دور برامج الاستثمار الأمثل في تعزيز المنظومة القيمية لمعلم التربية الإسلامية في المملكة العربية السعودية، الكشف عن فروق إحصائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات حول دور برامج الاستثمار الأمثل في تعزيز المنظومة القيمية لمعلم التربية الإسلامية في المملكة العربية السعودية  تعزي إلى الجنس- سنوات الخبرة  ،  المؤهل الدراسي. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي واستخدام لاستبانه والمقابلة الغير مقننه كأحد أدواته للكشف عن دور برامج الاستثمار الأمثل في تعزيز المنظومة القيمية للمعلم كما استخدمت الدراسة أسلوب تحليل المحتوى لاستخلاص أهم القيم الأخلاقية المتضمنة في الأهداف الإستراتيجية لرؤية المملكة 2030 محور التدريب والتقويم. وقد شملت عينة الدراسة (760) معلما ومعلمة للتربية الإسلامية من الملتحقين بالبرنامج. وأسفرت النتائج  الدراسة على موافقة أفراد العينة على تحقق دور برامج الاستثمار الأمثل في تعزيز القيم الدينية لدى المعلمين والمعلمات بنسبة ضعيفة ، وتحقيق القيم الاجتماعية والعلمية والمهنية بنسبة عالية لدى المعلمين والمعلمات تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والجنس.
Summary:
The Role of Optimal Investment Programs in Enhancing the Value System of Islamic Education Teachers in Light of Vision 2030: A Descriptive Study
Abstract: This research aims to identify the value system of teachers in accordance with Vision 2030 (the Professional Development Standard for Teachers), examine the role of optimal investment programs in enhancing the value system of Islamic education teachers in Saudi Arabia, and find out  statistical differences in the perceptions of male and female teachers regarding the role of optimal investment programs in promoting the value system of Islamic education teachers . The study considers variables such as gender, years of experience, and academic qualification. The study employed a descriptive methodology, using an analytical approach, and utilizing a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews as data collection tools to explore the role of optimal investment programs in promoting the value system of teachers. Additionally, content analysis was used to extract the ethical values encompassed in the strategic objectives of Vision 2030, specifically in the training and evaluation axis. The study sample consisted of 760 male and female Islamic education teachers participating in the program. The results indicated that the respondents agreed to a weak extent on the achievement of the role of optimal investment programs in enhancing religious values among teachers. However, they agreed to a high extent on achieving social, scientific, and professional values among teachers, according to the variables of years of experience and gender.
