معوقات النشر الإلكتروني في مجال البحث التربوي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين : دراسة ميدانية"

الملخص:
      هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف معوقات النشر الإلكتروني في مجال البحث التربوي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين ، ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل النشر الإلكتروني في مجال البحث التربوي ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعانت بأحد أدواته وهي الاستبانة، وتمثلت عينة البحث في عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين بكلية التربية جامعة أسيوط بلغ حجمها (52) فرداً،  وقد خلص البحث إلى وجود بعض المعوقات التي تواجه النشر الإلكتروني في مجال البحث التربوي، حيث جاءت المعوقات المالية في المرتبة الأولي ، يليها المعوقات الفنية والتقنية ، يليها المعوقات البشرية ، يليها المعوقات الإدارية ، ويوصي البحث الحالي بإنشاء هيئة قومية تكون مسئولة عن إدارة وتنظيم النشر الإلكتروني ، إنشاء وحدة للنشر الإلكتروني داخل الجامعة ، تأكيد المؤسسات الأكاديمية علي سمعة ومكانة الأوعية الإلكترونية .                                                           
Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the obstacles to electronic publishing in the field of educational research from the point of view of faculty members and researchers, and to develop a proposed vision for activating electronic publishing in the field of educational research. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and used one of its tools, which is the questionnaire. The research sample consisted of a sample of faculty members and researchers at the Faculty of Education, Assiut University, whose size was (52) individuals. The research concluded that there are some obstacles facing electronic publishing in the field of educational research, where financial obstacles came in the first place, followed by technical and technical obstacles, followed by human obstacles, followed by administrative obstacles The current research recommends the establishment of a national body responsible for the management and organization of electronic publishing, the establishment of an electronic publishing unit within the university, the academic institutions' emphasis on the reputation and status of electronic containers.
