الصلابة النفسية لدى المرأة المعيلة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية

   استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على الفروق في الصلابة النفسية لدى المرأة المعيلة(الأرملة وزوجة السجين) في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية المُتمثلة في (عدد سنوات الإعالة، عدد الأبناء، المستوى التعليمي للمرأة المعيلة، عمر المرأة المعيلة)، وتكونت العينة من 218 إمرأة معيلة بواقع 100 زوجة سجين و118 أرملة، تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين 25 إلى 50 عاماً بمتوسط عمري قدره (39.5)عاماً وانحراف معياري قدره (7.06) واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي بتصميمه المُقارن؛ وتضمنت الأدوات المُستخدمة في الدراسة استبانة جمع البيانات الأولية ومقياس الصلابة النفسية للأرامل وزوجات السجناء(إعداد الباحثين)، وأظهرت النتائج أنه لم توجد فروق دالالة إحصائياً في الدرجة الكلية للصلابة النفسية للمرأة المعيلة تُعزى إلى (عدد الأبناء، مدة الإعالة)؛ بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً في الدرجة الكلية للصلابة النفسية تُعزى لمتغير(المستوى التعليمي للأم) في اتجاه الأمهات ذوات مستوى التعليم فوق متوسط، كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً في الدرجة الكلية للصلابة النفسية للمرأة المعيلة ككل وأبعادها الالتزام والتحكم (وفقاً لأعمار العينة) في اتجاه الأمهات ذوات الأعمار فوق40 عاماً، بينما لم توجد فروق دالة بين العينة في بعد التحدى، وقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات التي يجب الأخذ بها لتحسين مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى المرأة المعيلة.

Psychological Hardiness among the Breadwinner Woman in the light of Some Demographic Variables
 
Abstract:
The current study aimed to identify the differences in Psychological Hardiness among the breadwinner women (widow and the prisoners’ wives) in the light of some demographic variables as dependency years, number of children, the educational level of the breadwinner woman, and the age of the breadwinner woman). The sample consisted of  218 breadwinner woman; divided into 100 wives of prisoners and 118 widows’ woman. There ages ranged from 25 to 50 years old The tools that used in data collection included a questionnaire for collecting primary data and psychological hardness scale for widows and wives of prisoners (prepared by researchers).
Results showed that there weren’t statistically significant differences in the total score of psychological hardiness among the breadwinner woman, attributed to (number of children, the period of dependency); While there were statistically significant differences in the total degree of psychological hardiness attributed to (the educational level) in the direction of mothers with an education level above average, and there were statistically significant differences in the total degree of psychological hardness and its dimensions of commitment and control (according to the ages of the sample) toward mothers over 40 years of age, while there weren’t statistically differences between the sample in the challenge dimension. The study recommended a set of recommendations that should be taken to improve the level of psychological hardness for the breadwinner woman.
