متطلبات التحول الرقمي لتحقيق جودة التعليم الفني في مصر

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على متطلبات التحول الرقمي اللازمة لتحقيق جودة التعليم الفني في مصر، من خلال عرض الأسس الفكرية والنظرية للتحول الرقمي للتعليم، والتعرف علي جودة التعليم الفني في مصر، والتعرف علي مدي توافر متطلبات التحول الرقمي للتعليم الفني في مصر من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، وتقديم آليات مقترحة لتوفير متطلبات التحول الرقمي لتحقيق جودة التعليم الفني في مصر، اعتمد البحث علي استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد في إطاره الميداني علي استبانة اشتملت ثلاثة محاور و27عبارة، تم توجيهها إلي عينة من قيادات التعليم الفني بمحافظات القاهرة والأسكندرية والفيوم، وأشارت نتائج البحث إلي ضعف توفر كلاً من المتطلبات الإدارية والتنظيمية، والمتطلبات البشرية، والمتطلبات المادية والتقنية، اللازمة للتحول الرقمي بالتعليم الفني، وأوصي البحث بوضع رؤية واضحة وخطة استراتيجية للتحول الرقمي للتعليم الفني، وإعداد قيادات تدعم التحول الرقمي، والعمل علي نشر ثقافة التحول الرقمي بين القيادات والمعلمون والطلاب بالتعليم الفني وتوفير التدريبات لتنمية المهارات الرقمية للمعلمين ، وتوفير الموارد المالية اللازمة لتلبية متطلبات التحول الرقمي بالتعليم الفني.

Summary
The aim of the current research is to identify the requirements of digital transformation necessary to achieve the quality of technical education in Egypt, by presenting the intellectual and theoretical foundations for the digital transformation of education, and to identify the quality of technical education in Egypt, and to identify the availability of the requirements of digital transformation of technical education in Egypt from the point of view of a sample. Research, and present proposed mechanisms to provide the requirements of digital transformation to achieve the quality of technical education in Egypt, The research relied on the use of the descriptive approach, and in its field framework it relied on a questionnaire that included three axes and 27 phrases, It was directed to a sample of technical education leaders in the governorates of Cairo, Alexandria and Fayoum, and the results of the research indicated the poor availability of each of the administrative and organizational requirements, human requirements, and material and technical requirements, necessary for the digital transformation of technical education. Preparing leaders who support digital transformation, working to spread the culture of digital transformation among leaders, teachers and students in technical education, providing training to develop digital skills for teachers, and providing the necessary financial resources to meet the requirements of digital transformation in technical education.
