واقع الإنتاجيَّة العلميَّة ومعوقاتها لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الفيوم (دراسة ميدانيَّة)

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مفهوم الإنتاجيَّة العلميَّة والعوامل المؤثرة فيها، والوقوف على واقع ترتيب جامعة الفيوم في بعض التصنيفات العالميَّة للجامعات، بالإضافة إلى تعرف واقع ومعوقات الإنتاجيَّة العلميَّة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس "عينة الدراسة" من وجهة نظرهم. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لتحديد واقع ومعوقات الإنتاجيَّة العلميَّة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الفيوم، وصممت الباحثة بطاقة مقابلة من أجل رصد واقع الإنتاج العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس "عينة الدراسة" بجامعة الفيوم، ومعرفة وجهة نظرهم حول معوقات الإنتاجيَّة العلميَّة لهم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع الإنتاجيَّة العلميَّة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس "عينة الدراسة" يتمثل في: مشاركتهم  في الإشراف على الرسائل العلميَّة، تلاها نشر البحوث العلميَّة في الدوريات المحليَّة، ثم النشر في الدوريات الدوليَّة، وضعف مشاركتهم في تأليف وترجمة الكتب العلميَّة، وعدم مشاركتهم في تسجيل براءات اختراع في مجال التخصص وهذا يبرهن على وجود العديد من المعوقات التي تضعف الإنتاجيَّة العلميَّة والتي صنفتها الباحثة إلى معوقات تنظيميَّة: ( وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالتمويل والإمكانات الماديَّة – إجراءات  العمل وقواعده- البنية التحتيَّة- اللوائح والتشريعات)، ومعوقات شخصيَّة، ومعوقات أكاديميَّة، ومعوقات مجتمعيَّة، وتوصلت الباحثة لبعض المقترحات للتغلب على معوقات الإنتاجيَّة العلميَّة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الفيوم.
Abstract:
      The current study aimed at identifying the concept of scientific productivity and the factors influencing it, and standing on the ranking of Fayoum University in some international rankings of universities, in addition to identifying the reality and obstacles to scientific productivity of the staff members "the study sample" from their perspective. The researcher used the descriptive approach to determine the reality and obstacles to scientific productivity of the staff members at Fayoum University. The researcher designed an interview card in order to monitor the reality of the scientific productivity of the staff members "the study sample" at Fayoum University, and to identify their perspective on the obstacles to their scientific productivity. The study concluded that the reality of the scientific productivity of the staff members "the study sample" is represented in: their participation in supervising scientific theses, followed by the publication of scientific research in local periodicals, then publication in international journals, and their weak participation in authoring and translating scientific books, and their lack of participation in registering patents in the field of specialization. This proves the existence of many obstacles that weaken scientific productivity, which the researcher classified as organizational obstacles: (especially with regard to financing and material capabilities - work procedures and rules - infrastructure - regulations and legislation), personal obstacles, academic obstacles, and societal obstacles. The Researcher came up with some proposals to overcome the obstacles to the scientific productivity of staff members at Fayoum University
