دور جامعة الإسكندرية في التصدي لظاهرة الإتجار بالبشر- عبر الإنترنت- لدى طلابها: رؤية مقترحة

ملخص :
    هدفت الدراسة نحو البحث في ظاهرة الإتجار بالبشر عبر الإنترنت لدى طلاب الجامعة, وتعرُّف أهم أنماطها الحديثة, وواقع دور الجامعة في التصدى لها, والعوامل التى تحول دون قيامها بذلك؛ بغية تلافيها في المستقبل؛ من خلال صوغ رؤية مقترحة, واُعتمد على منهج دراسة الحالة؛ وذلك باختيار جامعة الإسكندرية كنموذجًا.
وكشفت الدراسة الميدانية عن تعدد أنماط الإتجار بالبشر التي قد يتعرض لها الطلاب الجامعيون بنسبة موافقة بلغت (61.18%) لدى عينة الدراسة, والتى تمثلت في: الاستغلال, والتصيد, والنصب, والاحتيال, والعمل عبر الإنترنت نظير أجور زهيدة, واحتل الاستغلال, والتصيد أعلى نسبة موافقة . على حين بلغت نسبة موافقة الطلاب على الدور الذي تؤديه الجامعة في التصدى للظاهرة  بـ (56.67%)؛ أما نسبة الموافقة على العوامل التي تحول دون قيام الجامعة بدورها فقد بلغت ( 82.70 %) ؛ الأمر الذي يستلزم أن تؤدى الجامعة دورًا للتصدى للظاهرة ؛ سواء على المستوى العلاجي, أو الوقائي, أو التنموى؛ وذلك خلال تطوير برامج دراسية, واستراتيجيات تربوية, وحملات
توعوية, وخطط مستقبلية مهنية,... وغيرها, تستهدف- في أساسها-تحصين الهدف(الطالب الجامعي), وتنمية المجتمع, وإنفاذ القانون.
Abstract
         The study aimed to investigate the phenomenon of human trafficking via the Internet among university students, and to identify its most important modern patterns, the reality of the university's role in confronting it, and the factors that prevent it from doing so; In order to avoid them in the future, the case study methodology was relied upon. By choosing the University of Alexandria as a model.
       the field study revealed the multiplicity and diversity of patterns of human trafficking that university students may be exposed to, with an approval rate of (61.18%) among the study sample, which was represented in exploitation, phishing, fraud, and working via the Internet for low wages. , Exploitation, and phishing occupied the highest approval rate. While the percentage of students' approval of the role played by the university in addressing the phenomenon reached (56.67%). As for the approval rate for the factors that prevent the university from playing its role, it reached (82.70%). Which necessitates that the university play a role in addressing the phenomenon. Whether at the therapeutic, preventive, or developmental level, through the development of study programmes, educational strategies, awareness campaigns, professional future plans, ... and others aimed at immunizing the target, community development, and law enforcement
