برنامج مقترح في قضايا علم النفس الأخلاقي لتنمية الوعي بهذه القضايا والازدهار النفسي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة علم النفس

هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج مقترح في قضايا علم النفس الأخلاقي في تنمية الوعي بهذه القضايا والازدهار النفسي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة علم النفس. وقد استخدم كل من المنهج الوصفي لعرض الإطار النظري وبناء أدوات البحث، والمنهج التجريبي في التطبيق الميداني لتجربة البحث، حيث تضمن التصميم التجريبي للبحث مجموعة واحدة عددها(30) طالبًا وطالبة من الطلاب المعلمين شعبة علم النفس. ومن خلال إعداد أدوات البحث المتمثلة في: كتاب الطالب المعلم في البرنامج المقترح،  دليل المعلم الجامعي، اختبار الوعي بقضايا علم النفس الأخلاقي، مقياس الازدهار النفسي تم إجراء تجربة البحث ورصد النتائج وتفسيرها، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في قضايا علم النفس الأخلاقي في تنمية الوعي بهذه القضايا والازدهار النفسي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة علم النفس، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين تنمية الوعي بقضايا علم النفس الأخلاقي والازدهار النفسي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة علم النفس.
Abstract:
The research aimed at measuring the effectiveness of a proposed program in moral psychology issues in developing the awareness and psychological flourishing of psychology section’s student teachers. The descriptive approach was used to present the theoretical framework and build the research instruments. the experimental design was utilized for the experimentation. the research experimental design involved(30)  male and female students teachers  of psychology section. through the implementation  of  the study instruments namely; the students’ book of the proposed program, the teacher's guide, the awareness scale of moral psychology issues and psychological flourishing scale ,the research could implement the study and collect the needed data .the study results clarified the effectiveness of the proposed program  in moral psychology issues in developing the awareness and psychological flourishing of psychology section’s student teachers, a positive correlation between developing awareness of  moral psychology issues and psychological flourishing of psychology section’s student teachers.
