تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لإكساب المهارات الإحصائية لمعلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة

الملخص:
هَدَف البحث إلى تعرُّف المهارات الإحصائية التي يجب أن تمتلكها معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة، ووضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لإكسابهن تلك المهارات، وتم استخدامُ المنهجِ الوصفيِّ المسحيِّ من خلال استبانةٍ، وتمثل مجتمعُ البحث في معلمات المرحلة المتوسـطة لمادة الرياضيات بالمملكة العربية السـعودية، وتم أخذُ عينة عشوائية قوامُها (205) معلمة رياضيات، وتوصل البحث إلى: أن مهارة التحقق من دقة وكفاية البيانات وتهيئتها للتحليل حصلت على نسبة موافقة (90.83%)، ومهارة التحليل الإحصـائي الوصفي حصلت على نسبة موافقة (91.69%)، ومهارة التحليل الإحصـائي الاستدلالي حصلت على نسبة موافقة (84.73%)، ومهارة فحص الدلالة العملية للنتائج الإحصـائية حصلت على نسبة موافقة (83.27%)، ومهارة اتخاذ القرار المناسب في ضوء نتائج التحليل حصلت على نسبة موافقة (86.45%)، وتوصل البحث إلى وجودِ فروقٍ ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في أبعاد الاستبانة والمجموع الكلي بين الأعمار المختلفة  لصالح (50 سنة فأكثر)، كما توصل إلى وجود فروق في سنوات الخبرة لصالح (30 سنة فأكثر)، كما توصل إلى وجود فروق في الدرجة العلمية لصالح (ماجستير)، وتم وضعُ مقترح  لبرنامج تدريبي لإكساب المهارات الإحصـائية لمعلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسـطة.
ABSTRACT
The current research aimed at identifying the statistical skills necessary for female mathematics teachers in the preparatory stage, and developing a suggested proposal of a training program to acquire statistical skills for female mathematics teachers in the preparatory stage. The descriptive survey method was used through a questionnaire, and the research sample  was represented in female mathematics teachers in the preparatory stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a random sample of (205) female mathematics teachers was selected. The research concluded the following: the skill of verifying the accuracy and adequacy of the data and preparing it for analysis got an approval rate of (90.83%), the skill of descriptive statistical analysis got an approval rate of (91.69%), the skill of inferential statistical analysis got an approval rate of (84.73%), the skill of examining the practical significance of the statistical results got an approval rate of (83.27%), and the skill of making the appropriate decision ,in light of the analysis results, got an approval rate of (86.45%).In addition, the research found out that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01) in the dimensions of the questionnaire and the total score among the different ages in favor of the age group (50 years and over).Moreover, it also found out that there are differences in the years of experience in favor of (30 years and over) and there are differences in the academic degree in favor of (Master’s Degree). A proposal was developed for a training program to acquire statistical skills for female mathematics teachers in the preparatory stage.
