تحسين البيئة الجامعية على ضوء مدخل إدارة الهندسة البشرية (Ergonomics) بجامعة الفيوم

ملخص البحث:
 استهدف البحث وضع مجموعة من المقترحات لتحسين البيئة الجامعية بجامعة الفيوم على ضوء مدخل الإرجونوميكس Ergonomics ، مستخدماً المنهج الوصفي وذلك  من خلال عرض إطار نظري لمدخل الإرجونوميكس وتوظيف أبعاده في تحسين البيئة الجامعية المادية بجامعة الفيوم ، وعرض بعض الاعتبارات الإرجونومية اللازمة لتحسين البيئة الجامعية ، والتعرف على واقع البيئة الجامعية المادية بجامعة الفيوم ميدانياً وتوصل البحث إلى وجود مجموعة من المشكلات التي تعاني منها البيئة الجامعية المادية لجامعة الفيوم ومنها : لا يوجد بالجامعة فريق بكل كلية لصيانة الآلات والمعدات دورياً ، القصور في تنظيم دورات تدريبية للعاملين على إدارة المخاطر، ضعف تدريب العاملين على استخدام الآلات والمعدات للحد من الإصابات ، القصور في توفير الإمكانيات المادية للعاملين تتناسب مع احتياجاتهم ، ضعف صيانة الآلات والمعدات بصفة دورية ، ندرة توفير وحدات صحية مجهزة بكل كلية بالجامعة ، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج توصل البحث إلى مجموعة المقترحات لتحسين البيئة الجامعية بجامعة الفيوم على ضوء مدخل الإرجونوميكس Ergonomics .

Abstract:
       The research aimed to develop a set of proposals to improve the university environment at Fayoum University in the light of the ergonomics approach, using the descriptive approach, by presenting a theoretical framework for the ergonomics approach and employing its dimensions in improving the physical university environment at Fayoum University, presenting some ergonomic considerations necessary to improve the university environment, and identifying the reality of The physical university environment at Fayoum University in the field. The research concluded that there are a set of problems that the physical university environment suffers from, including: The university does not have a team in each faculty to maintain machinery and equipment periodically, the insufficiency in organizing training courses for workers on risk management, poor training of workers on the use of machines. And equipment to reduce injuries, the lack of material capabilities for workers commensurate with their needs, poor maintenance of machinery and equipment on a regular basis, the scarcity of providing equipped health units in every college in the university, and in the light of these results, the research reached a set of proposals to improve the university environment at Fayoum University in the light of the entrance Ergonomics
