الصراع في المجتمع الأكاديمي رؤية سوسيوأخلاقية باستخدام منهجية النظرية المجذرة (جامعة الفيوم نموذجًا)

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن عوامل تشكيل بيئة الصراع،وتفسير كيفية الانخراط فيها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم، فضلاً عن تحديد أهم أنواع الشخصيات المحركة للصراع في المجتمع الأكاديمي، وقد تم تبني المنهج الكيفي بأسلوب النظرية المجذرة؛ لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة كونها دراسة استكشافية تفسيرية.وقد كشفت الدراسة بإطاريها النظري والتطبيقي عن تعدد المداخل حول تحديد مفهوم الصراع وأبعاده، وتأثيره على الإنتاجية العلمية، والاستقلالية المهنية لأعضاء المجتمع الأكاديمي، وقد تم عرض الدراسات السابقة وفق منهجية النظرية المجذرة؛ وذلك بالعودة إلى الدراسات السابقة بعد ظهور الفئات الفرعية من تحليل البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج التي أدت إلى اقتراح نظرية بعنوان "الصراع المنضوي بين العدالة الغائبة والاستحقاق"، والتي يمكن من خلالها تفسير ظاهرة الصراع بجامعة الفيوم، فضلاً عن تقديم بعض الآليات كإجراءات لتطبيق النظرية المقترحة بعد تطبيق معايير الصدق والثبات لها.
Abstract
The study aimed to explore the factors shaping the conflict environment, and leading to involvement in such environment from the point of view of faculty members and their assistants. The study also aimed to identify the most important types of personalities driving conflict in the academic community. The qualitative approach, using the rooted theory method, was used to achieve the objectives of the study as it is an exploratory and interpretive one. The study, with its theoretical and applied frameworks, revealed the multiplicity of approaches used to define the concept of conflict and its dimensions, and its impact on scientific productivity and the professional independence of members of the academic community. Previous studies were reviewed according to the rooted theory method. The study results led to proposing a theory entitled "Internal Conflict between Absent Justice and Merit", through which the phenomenon of conflict can be explained at Fayoum University, as well as presenting some mechanisms and procedures for applying the suggested theory after testing it for validity and reliability.
