خطة مقترحة لتفعيل الهوية الثقافية للطفل العربي في ظل ظاهرة العولمة وعلي ضوء خبرات بعض الدول

مقدمة الدراسة: شهد العالم منذ بدايات العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين بزوغ ما يطلق عليه ظاهرة العولمة، دعوة وتوجها ،سياسات وإجراءات وقيما في مجالات شتي ، إلي درجة تدعو إلي أن نطلق عليها(عولمات) لا مجرد عولمة واحدة.
   وبجانب العولمة، ظهرت أيضا ثورة في مجال المعلومات أدت إلي نشأة ما يطلق عليه مجتمع المعلومات،لذا فان البلاد العربية مطالبة ثقافيا برسم سياسات قومية فعالة لنظم التعليم بها مع التأكيد علي الهوية العربية والثقافية المميزة للوطن العربي.
مشكلة الدراسة: كيف يمكن الحفاظ علي الهوية الثقافية وتفعيلها للطفل العربي في ظل ظاهرة العولمة وعلي ضوء خبرات بعض الدول في تربية أطفالها ؟
وتسعي الدراسة إلي وضع خطة مقترحة للحفاظ علي الهوية الثقافية للطفل العربي في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول المقارنة.
وتشمل خطوات الدراسة ما يلي:

التعرف علي واقع الهوية الثقافية للطفل العربي.
التحديات التي تواجه تكوين والحفاظ علي الهوية الثقافية للأطفال في الدول العربية.
معرفة خبرات دول المقارنة في تكون والحفاظ علي الهوية الثقافية لأطفالهم.
الخطة المقترحة للحفاظ علي الهوية الثقافية  للطفل العربي في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول.

Study title: A proposed plan to activate the cultural identity of the Arab child in light of the phenomenon of globalization and its challenges in the light of the experiences of some countries
Introduction to the study: Since the beginning of the last decade of the twentieth century, the world has witnessed the emergence of what is called the phenomenon of globalization, an invitation and orientation, policies, procedures and values in various fields, to the extent that we call them (globalizations) and not just one globalization.
    In addition to globalization, a revolution also emerged in the field of information that led to the emergence of what is called the information society. Therefore, the Arab countries are culturally required to draw effective national policies for their education systems, with an emphasis on the Arab identity and the distinctive culture of the Arab world.
Study problem: How can the cultural identity of the Arab child be preserved and activated in light of the phenomenon of globalization and in the light of the experiences of some countries in raising their children?
 
The study seeks to develop a proposed plan to preserve the cultural identity of the Arab child in the light of the experiences of some comparative countries.
The study steps include:

Identifying the reality of the cultural identity of the Arab child.
Challenges facing the formation and preservation of the cultural identity of children in the Arab countries.
Knowledge of the experiences of comparison countries in establishing and preserving the cultural identity of their children.
The proposed plan to preserve the cultural identity of the Arab child in the light of the experiences of some countries.
