التزام طلاب الجامعات في مصر بالميثاق الأخلاقي " دراسة ميدانية على كلية التربية جامعة الأزهر "

ملخص البحث
يشهد العالم نوعا من التواصل المتزايد بين المجتمعات النامية والمتقدمة, فيما يعرف بالعالم الإلكتروني الافتراضي؛ حيث ألغيت المسافات وامتزجت الحضارات والثقافات, وصاحبها تغييرات جذرية, ومظاهر جديدة في شتى المجالات, وخاصة الأخلاقية والسلوكية لدى طلاب الجامعات؛ لذا استهدف البحث التعرف على مدى التزام الطلاب بالميثاق الأخلاقي للجامعات, واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي, وأداة الاستبانة, والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الأزهر وقد بلغ عددهم(64) فردا, واستبانة أخرى موجهة لعينة عشوائية من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة الأزهر وقد وصل عددهم(606) طالبا, وتوصل البحث إلى التزام الجامعات وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالميثاق الأخلاقي للجامعات بدرجة كبيرة, بينما جاء التزام الطلاب بالميثاق الأخلاقي بدرجة متوسطة وضعيفة, مما يتطلب ضرورة التزام الطلاب وتوعيتهم بالميثاق الأخلاقي, وقد وضع البحث رؤية تربوية مقترحة لتعزيز التزام الطلاب بالميثاق الأخلاقي للجامعات. 
 
Abstract
       The world is witnessing a kind of increasing communication between developing and developed societies, in what is known as the virtual electronic world. Where distances were abolished and civilizations and cultures blended, accompanied by radical changes and new manifestations in various fields, especially the moral and behavioral aspects of university students. The research aimed to identify the extent of students' commitment to the moral charter of universities, and the research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire tool, which was applied to a random sample of faculty members at the Faculty of Education at Al-Azhar University, whose number reached (64) individuals, and another questionnaire directed to a random sample of students of the Faculty of Education at Al-Azhar University, and their number reached (606) students, and the research reached the commitment of universities and faculty members to the moral charter of universities to a large extent, while the commitment of students to the moral charter came in a medium and weak degree, which requires the necessity of students’ commitment and awareness of the moral charter, and the research developed a proposed educational vision To enhance students' commitment to the Universities' moral charter.         key words: charter, moral, moral charter
