دور المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات من وجهة نظر المعلمات

هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على دور المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأساليب التي تتخذها المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي، والتحديات التي تواجه المدرسة في ذلك، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية، حيث طبقت الأداة على عينة مكونة من 361 معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية للبنات بمدينة الرياض، وكانت الاستبانة هي أداة البحث، وأظهرت نتائج البحث مايلي:
1-يتبين أن المدرسة الثانوية تمارس أساليب تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات بدرجة كبيرة، حيث بلغ متوسط موافقة أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمات (3.84 من 5.00).
1-يتبين أن هناك توافقاً في آراء العينة نحو الأساليب التي تتخذها المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات، بمتوسطات حسابية تراوحت ما بين (3.45 إلى 4.24).
3-يتبين أن التحديات التي تواجه المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات تؤثر بدرجة كبيرة، حيث بلغ متوسط موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة من المعلمات على التحديات التي تواجه المدرسة في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات (3.67 من 5.00)، وتمثلت أهم تلك التحديات في ضعف قدرة الطالبة على صياغة الأسئلة البحثية صياغة علمية، و قلة مهارة الطالبة في تفسير نتائج البحث بطريقة صحيحة.
4- ظهر عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء عينة البحث عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥∝) نحو محاورها تعزى لمتغير" التخصص الأكاديمي"، بينما ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥∝) نحو الأساليب التي تستخدمها المدرسة الثانوية لتنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات، وكذلك التحديات التي تواجه المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة، لصالح أفراد الدراسة من ذوات الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات.
وبناء على ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج، أوصت الباحثة بتوصيات منها: تفعيل دورات تدريبية حول مهارات البحث العلمي للطالبات، وتفعيل البرامج التدريبية للمعلمات في كيفية تعزيز مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الطالبات، و نشر ثقافة البحث العلمي من خلال البرامج التوعوية في المدرسة.                        
Abstract:
The study aims to address the secondary school role in enhancing the scientific research skills for the female students from the female teacher's perspective. The study discusses the methodologies that the secondary school follows in enhancing the scientific research skills for the female students and the related challenges. The researcher followed the descriptive survey methodology to full fill the study objectives as it suitable for the study. The study sample was selected randomly.  The study sample includes (361) secondary school female teachers in public schools for girls in Riyadh. The survey is the main tool for the study. The study findings are as follow:

The findings reached that the secondary school is significantly follows the enhancing methodologies of the scientific research skills for female students. The consensuses average among the study sample female teacher's reached (3.84 out of 5.00).
The findings also reached that there is a consensuses among the study sample regarding the methodologies that the secondary school follows in enhancing the scientific research skills for the female students with an approximately average of (3.45 to 4.24).
The findings also reached that that the challenges that face the secondary school female students in enhancing the scientific research skills for the female students have significant effects. The consensuses average among the study female teacher's sample regarding the challenges that face the secondary school in enhancing the scientific research skills for the female students reached (3.67 out of 5.00). The most prominent challenges represented in the female student's limited capacity in scientifically formulating the research questions, in addition to the low skills in interpreting the study results properly
The findings also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the study sample views at the level of significance (0.05≥∝) according to the (academic major) variable. The findings also revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05≥∝) regarding the methodologies that the secondary school follows in enhancing the scientific research skills for the female students in addition to the challenges that face the secondary school in enhancing the scientific research skills for the female students according to the experience years variable, for the study sample of ten years and over.

The researcher recommends launching training courses regarding the scientific research skills for the female students. The researcher also recommends activating training programs for female teachers about enhancing the scientific research skills for the female students. In addition, spreading the culture of the scientific research and acquiring its skills through the school awareness programs.
