الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة طنطا فى قواعد البيانات العالمية (web of science): دراسة تحليلية فى ضوء بعض التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات

الملخص
     هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحسين الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة طنطا فى قواعد البيانات العالمية web of science(WOS) لتحقيق مراكز متقدمة فى التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى والمنهج الببليومترى فى حصر الإنتاجية العلمية للجامعة فى قاعدة البيانات العلمية وتحليلها من زواياها المختلفة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى قلة عدد الأوراق العلمية المنشورة للجامعة مقارنة بغيرها من الجامعات المحلية والعربية والعالمية، والتى بلغت (14550) منشوراً علمياً، وحصلت تخصصات الكيمياء على المركز الأول بين إجمالى الإنتاج العلمى المنشور بعدد (1981) منشورًا علميًا، تليها تخصصات الهندسة بعدد (1959) منشورًا، كما حازت مقالات الدوريات على النصيب الأكبر من الإنتاجية العلمية الدولية بنسبة (83,8%) من إجمالى المنشورات العلمية، كما كانت الفترة الزمنية من (2011-2021م) هى الأعلى منذ نشأة الجامعة بنسبة (73,8%) من إجمالى الإنتاج الفكرى للجامعة .
Summary
     The current study aimed to develop a proposed vision to improve the scientific productivity of faculty members at Tanta University in the global databases Web of Science (WOS) to achieve advanced positions in the international rankings of universities, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the bibliometric approach to determine the scientific productivity of the university in the scientific database and analyzing it from its various angles. The study findings  show the small number of scientific papers published by the university compared to other local, Arab and international universities, which amounted to (14550) scientific publications. The chemistry majors ranked first among the total scientific production published with (1981) scientific publications, followed by engineering majors with (1959) publications, and journal articles won the largest share of international scientific productivity by (83.8%) of the total scientific publications, and the time period from (2011-2021) was the highest since the foundation of the university by (73.8%) of the total intellectual production of the university.
