واقع مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الفيوم في ضوء التحديات المستقبلية

رياض الأطفال هي مؤسسة تعليمية و تربوية، ووسيلة فعالة تعالج فترة شديدة الحساسية للطفل من (6:3) سنوات، ومن أهم أهدافها تعليم الأطفال الحياة والعمل معا، وتنمية السلوكيات القويمة للطفل، والحد من السلوكيات العدوانية، فهي تتكامل مع المنزل في تربية الطفل والتمهيد للمرحلة الابتدائية. كما يستهدف البحث الحالي واقع مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الفيوم في ضوء التحديات المستقبلية، والتى من أهمها الفقر، وسوء التغذية ، وسوء الأحوال السكنية، وخروج الأم للعمل، وعدم الدراية الكافية بمتطلبات طفل تلك المرحلة، إلي جانب عدم ملائمة البيئة المحيطة بالطفل لاحتياجات نمو الطفل في تلك المرحلة. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق ذلك
وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج كانت هناك مجموعة من  التوصيات التي تسهم في التغلب على التحديات المستقبلية الخاصة بمرحلة رياض الأطفال؛ بما يكفل تطوير أساليب تربية وتعليم هذه الفئات من الأطفال بتلك المرحلة العمرية المبكرة، ومن ثم تقديم مستوى أفضل من الخدمات بما يتلائم مع ظروف المجتمع

Abstract:
       The kindergarten is the educational, social institution and effective tool that deals with a very sensitive stage in the child's life )3:6( years. Its most important goal is teaching the children both life and work and development good behavior. It works with the home, together, to prepare the child for school. The current research aimed at identifying the reality of Preschool Settings in fayom Governate in The Light of Futuristic Challenges which the most important poverty, bad feeding, the non-suitable housing, and the mother work, the unawareness with the child needs in this stage, and the non-suitable environment to the childhood needs. Hence, it is very important to take into consideration the kindergarten.
    The kindergarten as a part of the educational method is a successful experience in preparing the children for social and co-operative life
The current research based on using the descriptive research methodology to achieve its objectives.
In the light of the research results, the researcher found that there are certain recommendations that can contribute to overcome Futuristic Challenges kindergarten. These mechanisms can in role develop methods of raising and educating children in this early age and as a result will provide a better level of services according with the conditions of society.
