     هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للمشاركة المجتمعية فى المؤسسات التعليمية, ورصد واقع المشاركة المجتمعية فى دعم الأنشطة اللاصفية بمديريات وإدارات التربية والتعليم بمصر, ثم وضع التصور المقترح لدور المشاركة المجتمعية فى دعم الأنشطة اللاصفية بوزارة التربية والتعليم بمصر, فمن أهداف المشاركة المجتمعية : تعليم الطلاب ليصبحوا قوة منتجة في المجتمع, وتحمل مسئولية مساعدة المعلمين على تحسين جودة المنتج التعليمي, خلق شعور عام بأن المدارس تؤدي المهمة المنوطة بها في المجتمع, وتوفير الموارد المادية والمالية اللازمة لتجويد التعليم, وتوفير التمويل الكافي لمدخلات النظام التعليمي (كتدريب وتأهيل المعلمين، وبناء المناهج المتطورة، وتطوير الإدارة المدرسية), وكان من أهمية البحث, تفعيل دور المشاركة المجتمعية فى تحقيق دعم الأنشطة اللاصفية, والتوصل الى أهم الوسائل التي تساعد المسؤولين على اتخاذ الاجراءات العملية الهادفة لتفعيل مشاركة المجتمعية لتحقيق الدعم للأنشطة اللاصفية التي تقدمها المديريات, ثم أهمية الدور الذي يقوم به الشباب داخل المجتمع وخصوصا طلاب التعليم حيث انهم طاقة بشرية مهمة ومؤثرة في كيان المجتمع.

The aim of the research is to identify the theoretical foundations of community participation in educational institutions, and to monitor the reality of community participation in support of extra-curricular activities in the directorates and departments of education in Egypt, then put forward the proposed perception of the role of community participation in support of extra-curricular activities in the Ministry of Education in Egypt, among the goals of community participation: educating students To become a productive force in society, and to assume the responsibility of helping teachers to improve the quality of the educational product, to create a general feeling that schools perform the task entrusted to them in society, to provide the material and financial resources necessary to improve education, and to provide adequate funding for the inputs of the educational system (such as training and qualifying teachers, and building advanced curricula , And development of school administration), One of the importance of the research was to activate the role of community participation in achieving support for extra-curricular activities, and to reach the most important means that help officials take practical measures aimed at activating community participation to achieve support for the extra-curricular activities provided by the directorates, and then the importance of the role that young people play within society, especially students of education, As they are an important and influential human energy in the entity of society.
