هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد آليات تفعيل استخدام تكنولوجيات المعلومات في إدارة مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة, من خلال التعرف علي الاساس النظري لمفهوم تكنولوجيا المعلومات, ومعرفة واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة, ومعوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة, واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لموضوع البحث, وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: توجد مجموعة من معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة مثل: محدودية استفادة العاملين في مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة من التكنولوجيا في عملية التدريب عن بعد والتعلم الذاتي, ووجود قصور في الموارد المالية لشراء الاجهزة التكنولوجية, ويوجد نقص واضح في إعداد الإداريين المدربين علي استخدام التقنيات الحديثة, وتوصل البحث إلي عدة آليات للتفعيل منها: تنظيم دورات تدريبية للعاملين بمؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة علي أحدث التطبيقات التكنولوجية, وأن بشارك العاملين بمؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة في برامج التدريب عن بعد والتعلم الذاتي.
