تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور كليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية لتحقيق متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030م: كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط أنموذجًا

      هدف البحث إلى تعرف واقع دور كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط في تحقيق متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030م من خلال أبعاد الرؤية (البعد البيئي، والبعد الاجتماعي، والبعد الاقتصادي)، وسبل تفعيله من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين بالكلية، كما هدف البحث إلى بلورة تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط في تحقيق متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030م من خلال الأبعاد الثلاثة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة طبقت على عينة ممثلة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة أسيوط بلغ عددهم (93) عضوًا.
وتوصل البحث إلى أن واقع دور كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط في تحقيق متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030م جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء البعد البيئي في المرتبة الأولى من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة وبدرجة متوسطة التحقق، وفي المرتبة الثانية جاء البعد الاجتماعي بدرجة تحقق متوسطة، أما البعد الاقتصادي فجاء في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة وبدرجة تحقق ضعيفة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة المعوقات التي تواجه كلية التربية في تحقيق متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030م كانت مرتفعة، وكذلك جاءت أهم سبل تفعيل دور كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط لتحقيق متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030م بدرجة أهمية كبيرة.
وقدم البحث في نهايته تصورًا مقترحًا لتفعيل دور كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط لتحقيق متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030م من خلال ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسة، وهي: البعد البيئي (البيئة، والتنمية العمرانية)، والبعد الاجتماعي (التعليم والتدريب، والصحة، والثقافة، والعدالة الاجتماعية)، والبعد الاقتصادي (التنمية الاقتصادية، والطاقة، والمعرفة والابتكار والبحث العلمي، والشفافية وكفاءة المؤسسات)، بالإضافة إلى إجراءات وآليات تنفيذ التصور المقترح، والمعوقات المحتملة أمام التصور المقترح وسبل التغلب عليها.

A proposed conception to activate the role of faculties of education in Egyptian universities to achieve the requirements of Egypt's Vision 2030:

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to know the reality of the role of the Faculty of Education at Assiut University in achieving the requirements of Egypt’s Vision 2030 through the dimensions of the vision (environmental dimension, social dimension, and economic dimension), and ways to activate it from the viewpoint of the faculty members working in the faculty. The role of the Faculty of Education at Assiut University in achieving the requirements of Egypt’s Vision 2030 through the three dimensions. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool that was applied to a representative sample of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Assiut University, whose number reached (93) members.
The research concluded that the reality of the role of the Faculty of Education at Assiut University in achieving the requirements of Egypt’s Vision 2030 came to a medium degree, and the environmental dimension came in the first place from the point of view of the sample members with a medium degree of verification, and in the second place came the social dimension with a medium degree of verification, and the economic dimension came in The third and last rank and with a weak degree of achievement. The results also indicated that the degree of obstacles facing the Faculty of Education in achieving the requirements of Egypt’s Vision 2030 was high, and the most important ways to activate the role of the Faculty of Education at Assiut University to achieve the requirements of Egypt’s Vision 2030 came with great importance.
At the end of the research, the research presented a proposed vision to activate the role of the Faculty of Education at Assiut University to achieve the requirements of Egypt's Vision 2030 through three main dimensions: the environmental dimension (environment, urban development), the social dimension (education, training, health, culture, and social justice), and the economic dimension. (Economic development, energy, knowledge, innovation, scientific research, transparency and institutional efficiency), in addition to the procedures and mechanisms for implementing the proposed scenario, and the potential obstacles to the proposed scenario and ways to overcome them.
