   تعد الإدارة الإلكترونية منظومة ومنهجية متكاملة تهدف إلى تحويل العمل الإداري اليدوي العادي من إدارة يدوية إلى إدارة باستخدام الحاسب، وذلك بالاعتماد على نظم معلوماتية قوية تساعد في تطوير برامج التنمية المهنية لمعلمي المعاهد الأزهرية، من أجل تحقيق أهداف الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أدائهم وسرعة الاستجابة للمتغيرات المختلفة، ويهدف البحث الحالي تعرف الأسس النظرية لإدارة الإلكترونية، فلسفة التنمية المهنية للمعلين في ضوء الإدارة الإلكترونية، أهمية التنمية المهنية لمعلمي المعاهد الازهرية على ضوء الإدارة الإلكترونية، وتوصل البحث إلى بعض النتائج أهمها: يساعد استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في الإدارة التعليمية على التخفيف من الأعباء الإدارية المختلفة مما يساعد على تطوير الأداء الإداري، ضعف دراسة احتياجات المعلمين من تلك البرامج يؤدي إلى التداخل والاختيار العشوائي للمستهدفين، ومن ثّم اقترح العديد من المقترحات منها: السعى لتطبيق أسلوب الإدارة الإلكترونية بجميع مكوناتها وبمفهومها العلمـى بـشكل جاد فى المؤسسات التربوية، الاهتمام بتدريب المعلمين بالمعاهد الأزهرية على برامج ونظم الإدارة الإلكترونية بهدف رفع مستوياتهم وتحسين أدائهم بصورة أفضل.

Electronic management is an integrated system and methodology that aims to transform the normal manual administrative work from manual management to computer management, by relying on powerful information systems that help in developing professional development programs for teachers of Al-Azhar institutes, in order to achieve the goals of electronic management in improving their performance and speed of response to various variables. The current research aims to know the theoretical foundations of electronic management, the philosophy of professional development for teachers in the light of electronic management, the importance of professional development for teachers of Al-Azhar institutes in the light of electronic management, and the research reached some results, the most important of which are: The use of electronic management in educational management helps to reduce the various administrative burdens. Which helps to develop administrative performance, poor study of teachers’ needs from these programs leads to overlap and random selection of the targets, and then he suggested several proposals, including: Seeking to implement the electronic management method with all its components and its scientific concept seriously in educational institutions, interest in training teachers in Al-Azhar institutes on Electronic management programs and systems with a view to t Raise their levels and improve their performance better.
