تحديات التربية الرقمية وسبل المعالجة في ضوء المستجدات المعاصرة

ملخص الدراسة
في ظل التقدم العلمي والمعرفي المتسارع الذي يشهده العالم والمجتمعات المعاصرة في كافة مجالات الحياة. أضحت الرقمية أحدى ظواهر العصر الحديث وسمة بارزة له. مما أدى لتأثر الأجيال بالتقنيات الرقمية حيث يستمدون من العالم الافتراضيّ بعض الأمورالايجابية والسلبية والثقافات الخاطئة . مما يحتم النهوض بالتربية الرقمية القائمة على مجموعة من القيم والمهارات وقواعد السلوك المتعلقة بالتعامل الأمثل مع التكنولوجيا والرقميات الافتراضية ووسائطها المختلفة. إيماناُ بأن التربية الرقمية  حجر الأساس للمجتمع الرقمي المعاصر وهي الوسيلة لبناء الشخصية الانسانية السوية للمواطن الرقمي الفاعل. لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تحديات التربية الرقمية وسبل معالجتها في ضوء المستجدات المعاصرة .
وتكونت الدراسة من : فصل الإطار العام للدراسة ثم فصل عن التأصيل النظري لمفهوم التربية الرقمية بالإضافة لفصل عن تحدياتها والمعالجات المقترحة لها في ضوء المستجدات المعاصرة.
ووفق طبيعة الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي .وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة من أهمها، ما يلي:
1ـ بالتربية الرقمية الفاعلة نستطيع إعداد المواطن الرقمي الإيجابي المساهم في تنمية وطنه وتحقيق رؤيته .
2ــ كشفت الدراسة عن أهمية  التربية الرقمية كونها ضرورة ملحة وعصرية يتطلب تنميتها ومعالجة تحدياتها جهود مخططة ومتضافرة ومتنوعة بين المؤسسات التربوية والمجتمعية والإعلامية.
3ـ من الضرورة بمكان تدعيم التربية الرقمية الفاعلة بتطوير التعليم وسياساته وخططه وإعداد المعلم وتطوير المناهج وطرق التقويم لتجويد مخرجاته.
4ـ تساهم التربية الرقمية في تربية الجيل على الرقابة الذاتية والاستخدام الأمثل الواعي والمسؤول والأخلاقي الآمن للتقنيات الرقمية وتطبيقاتها ووسائلها المختلفة.
كما تقدم الدراسة العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات ومنها :
ـ تضافر الجهود والعمل التعاوني التكاملي لمواجهة التحديات المتعلقة بالتربية الرقمية وإفرازاتها في المجالات المتنوعة.
ـ سن التشريعات والنظم التي تضبط التربية الرقمية في ظل الاستخدام المتزايد للتقنية وتطبيقاتها المتنوعة .
ــ إجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول أدوار ومسؤوليات المؤسسات التربوية والمجتمعية والاعلامية في تحقيق وتعزيزالتربية الرقمية.
Digital Education Challenges and The Way of Handling it  Under The Modern Updates

Study summary
In light of the accelerating scientific and cognitive progress witnessed by the world and contemporary societies in all areas of life. Digital has become one of the phenomena of the modern era and a prominent feature of it. Which led to the generations being affected by digital technologies, as they derive from the virtual world some positive and negative things and wrong cultures. This necessitates the advancement of digital education based on a set of values, skills and rules of behavior related to the optimal handling of technology and virtual digitalization and its various media. Believing that digital education is the cornerstone of the contemporary digital society and is the means to build the normal human personality of the active digital citizen.                                                    Therefore, the current study aimed to identify the challenges of digital education and ways to address them.
The study consisted of: a chapter on the general framework of the study, then a chapter on the theoretical rooting of the concept of digital education, in addition to a chapter on its challenges and proposed treatments in the light of contemporary developments.According to the nature of the study, the descriptive approach was used. The study also reached several results, the most important of which are the following:
1.With effective digital education, we can prepare a positive digital citizen who contributes to the development of his country and the realization of his vision.
2- The study revealed the importance of digital education as it is an urgent and modern necessity that requires its development and addressing its challenges planned, concerted and diversified efforts between educational, community and media institutions.
3 -  It is necessary to support effective digital education by developing education, its policies and plans, preparing the teacher, developing curricula and evaluation methods to improve its outputs.
4-Digital education contributes to raising the generation on self-censorship and the conscious, responsible, ethical and safe use of digital technologies, their applications and various means.
The study also provides many recommendations and suggestions, including:
- Concerted efforts and collaborative and complementary work to face the challenges related to digital education and its consequences in various fields.
- Enacting legislation and regulations that control digital education in light of the increasing use of technology and its various applications.
-Conducting further studies on the roles and responsibilities of educational, community and media institutions in achieving and promoting digital education.
