التخطيط الاستراتيجي لتنميــــــة قـــــدرات المعلميــــن بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي فـي ضوء العصر الرقمـــي

الملخص : هدف البحث إلى تعرف ملامح التخطيط الاستراتيجي، والعصر الرقمي وانعكاسه على معلمي التعليم الأساسي في الفكر التربوي المعاصر، والوقوف على مشكلات الواقع الحالي لتنميـة قـدرات المعلميـن بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي، واقتراح سيناريوهات لتنميـة قـدرات المعلميــن بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي في ضـوء العصر الرقمي.
 وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في تجميع البيانات وتوصيفها وتحليلها، إضافة إلى استخدام التحليل الرباعي (أو المسح البيئي) SWOT حيث تتطلب الدراسة الحالية مسحًا داخليًّا لنقاط القوة ولنقاط الضعف ومسحًا خارجيًّا للفرص وللتهديدات، اعتمد البحث الحالي على الاستبانة الموجهة لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي؛ للوقوف على مشكلات تنمية قدراتهم في ضوء العصر الرقمي، وتكونت من 80 من المعلمين والمديرين للاستبانة، موزعة كالتالي (50) من المعلمين و(20) من المديرين، و( 10) موجهين، وتوصل البحث إلى اقتراح ثلاثة سيناريوهات لتنمية قدرات معلمي التعليم الأساسي في ضوء العصر الرقمي .
Abstract
STRATEGIC PLANNING TO DEVELOP TEACHERS IN BASIC EDUCATION STAGE
IN TERMS OF DIGITAL AGE
The current research aims to: identify the common features of strategic planning, digital age, and its reflection on teachers of basic education in contemporary educational thought, and to identify the problems of current reality to develop teachers in basic education stage capabilities, and to propose scenarios for developing teachers in basic education stage capabilities in terms of digital age.
To achieve these goals, the research relied on descriptive approach in data collection, description, and analysis, in addition to using SWOT analysis (or environmental survey) as the current research requires an internal survey of strengths and weaknesses and an external survey of opportunities and threats, the current research also relied on the questionnaire directed to basic education teachers to determine the problems of developing their capabilities in terms of digital age. The research sample consisted of 80 teachers and managers on the questionnaire, distributed as follows (50) teachers, (20) managers, and (10) mentors. The research reached to propose three scenarios for developing basic education teachers’ capabilities in terms of digital age.
