تنمية الابتكار الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة المنيا على ضوء مدخل القيادة الأخلاقية

هدفت البحث إلى: التعرف علي الأسس النظرية والفكرية للقيادة الأخلاقية بالمؤسسات التعليمية، تعرف طبيعة الممارسات الإدارية داخل المدارس الثانوية العامة فى مصر، معرفة الواقع الراهن للابتكار الإداري لدى مديرى المدارس الثانوية العامة على ضوء القيادة الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الإبداع الإداري لمديري المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة المنيا علي ضوء القيادة الأخلاقية
     اعتمد البحث في إجراءاته على المنهج الوصفي الذي يعبر عن مجموعة من الإجراءات التى تتكامل لوصف الظاهرة أو الموضوع اعتمادًا على جمع الحقائق والبيانات وتصنيفها ومعالجتها وتحليلها تحليلا كافيا ودقيقا لاستخلاص دلالتها من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج وتعميمات عن الظاهرة أو الموضوع محل الدراسة ، وقام الباحث بتصميم استبانة لقياس آراء عينة البحث، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (185) فرد من إجمالي(300) فرد يمثلون إدارة المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة المنيا.
وقد توصل البحث إلى بعض النتائج, من أهمها:

اتصاف المدير بالقابلية للتغيير داخل المدارس يتحقق بدرجة متوسطة.
اتصاف المدير بالقدرة على حل المشكلات تتحقق داخل المدارس بدرجة متوسطة.
عدم اعتماد المدراء روح المجازفة داخل المدارس بدرجة عالية.

Activating partnership between technical secondary education institutions and private sector in light of labor market needs
Summary
The research aimed to: identify the theoretical and intellectual foundations of moral leadership in educational institutions, know the nature of administrative practices within public secondary schools in Egypt, know the current reality of administrative innovation among public secondary school principals in the light of ethical leadership from the point of view of the study sample, and develop a proposed vision for the development of creativity Administrative for the principals of public secondary schools in Minya Governorate in the light of ethical leadership.       In its procedures, the research relied on the descriptive approach, which expresses a set of procedures that are integrated to describe the phenomenon or topic depending on the collection, classification, processing and analysis of facts and data and an adequate and accurate analysis to extract its significance in order to reach results and generalizations about the phenomenon or topic under study, and the researcher designed a questionnaire to measure The opinions of the research sample, and a random sample of (185) was selected from a total of (300) individuals representing the administration of public secondary schools in Minya Governorate       The research reached some results, the most important of which are:1- The principal's ability to change within the schools is achieved to a moderate degree.2- The principal's ability to solve problems is achieved in schools to a moderate degree.4-      The principals do not adopt the spirit of risk-taking within the schools to a high degree.
