وحدة مقترحة في قضايا علم اجتماع المرأة لتنمية التحصيل الدراسي والقدرة على تحمل الإحباط لدى الطلاب المعلمين

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية وحدة مقترحة في قضايا علم اجتماع المرأة على تنمية التحصيل الدراسي والقدرة على تحمل الإحباط لدى الطلاب المعلمين، وللوصول لهذا الهدف  قامت الباحثة بإعداد قائمة بقضايا علم اجتماع المرأة  ، وكتاب الطالب، ودليل المعلم ، واختبار التحصيل الدراسي ، ومقياس القدرة على تحمل الإحباط . تكونت عينة البحث من (32) طالبًا بشعب : الفلسفة ، وعلم الاجتماع ، وعلم النفس.  تم استخدام التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة ( تطبيق قبلي وبعدي) وتطبيق أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامجSpss-v.23) ) وتوصلت نتائج البحث في مجملها إلى فاعلية الوحدة المقترحة في قضايا علم اجتماع المرأة على تنمية التحصيل الدراسي والقدرة على تحمل الإحباط لدى الطلاب المعلمين. وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه النتائج ، قدم البحث عددًا من التوصيات والمقترحات من بينها التوصية بضرورة اهتمام القائمين على إعداد برامج معلم الفلسفة ، وعلم الاجتماع ، وعلم النفس بتنمية الوعي بقضايا علم اجتماع المرأة لدى الطلاب المعلمين ، وتنمية قدرتهم على قوة التحمل النفسي، واقتراح الحاجة إلى دراسة فاعلية برنامج مقترح في قضايا علم اجتماع المرأة لتنمية الصلابة النفسية ومهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى الطلاب لمعلمين .
A Proposed Unit in the Issues of Women's Sociology to Develop Academic Achievement and the Endurance of Frustration among Student Teachers
Summary
The current research aimed at  identifying the effectiveness of a proposed unit in the issues of women’s sociology for developing academic achievement and the endurance of frustration among student teachers at Philosophy, Sociology and Psychology sections. The research group consisted of (32) male and female students. The one-group pre-posttest design was used and the data were analyzed using the (SPSS program version 23). The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the proposed unit in the issues of women’s sociology in developing student teachers' academic achievement and their endurance of frustration . In the light of these results, the research introduced a number of recommendations and suggestions for future research, among which are the recommendation of the need for those in charge of preparation programs   of the philosophy, sociology, and psychology teachers to pay attention to the development of awareness of women’s sociology issues among student teachers, and to develop their capacity for psychological endurance, in addition to suggesting  the need to study the effectiveness of a proposed program in the issues of women's sociology in the development of psychological endurance and decision-making skills among students  teachers.
