هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الاتجاه نحو الطلاق لدى المعلمين والمعلمات، ومن ثم التحقق من معايير الصدق والثبات وقد طبق المقياس على عينة من المعلمين والمعلمات بمدارس محافظة الفيوم، بلغ عددها (72) معلماً ومعلمة بمتوسط عمري (40.17) وانحراف معياري (7.2)، وقد اعتمد الباحث على التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي، والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي، والصدق التمييزي، كما اعتمد الباحث على معامل ألفا كرونباخ، وماكدونالد، وجتمان، والثبات المركب (CR)، والثبات بإعادة التطبيق لحساب ثبات المقياس، وقد توصلت نتائج التحليل العاملي( الاستكشافي، والتوكيدي) لمفردات المقياس المكون من (15) مفردة عن تشبع المفردات على (3) عوامل، كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن جميع قيم معاملات الثبات سواء لمعامل ألفا أو جتمان أو ماكدونالد قد بلغت القيمة القطعية للثبات المقبول (70. )، وأن قيمة الثبات المركب للمقياس ككل كانت أكبر من القيمة القطعية المحكية ( 60. ) بما يشير إلى أن مقياس الاتجاه نحو الطلاق يتمتع بدرجة كبيرة من الثبات.

Summary
      the research aimed to exploring  the psychometric properties of the Attitude towards divorce scale among male and female teachers. And then verify the criteria of validity and reliability. and the scale was applied to a sample of male and female teachers in Fayoum Governorate schools. They were (72) male and female teachers. with an average age of (40.17) and a standard deviation of (7.2). The researcher relied on exploratory factor analysis. confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach's alpha coefficient. MacDonald. Guttman. and a composite reliability and Retest stability To calculate the reliability of the scale. The results of the factorial analysis of the vocabulary of the scale consisted of (15) items on the saturation of the vocabulary on (3) factors. The results of the study also found that all the values of the reliability coefficients. whether for Alpha or Guttman or MacDonald. reached the definitive value of the acceptable reliability (70). and that the value of a composite reliability for the scale as a whole was greater than the definitive value of the spoken (60). which indicates that the Attitude towards divorce scale enjoys a great degree of reliability.
