الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الامتناع عن الإدمان والانتكاس

ملخص البحث :
هدف البحث إلى  إيجاد أداة تصلح لقياس درجة تعاطي أو الامتناع عن تعاطي المخدرات لطلاب الجامعة، وكذلك معرفة مدى قابليتهم للانتكاس بعد التعافي ، ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بالاطلاع على بعض الأُطر النظرية لبعض الدراسات العربية والأجنبية المتعلقة بالامتناع عن الإدمان والانتكاس بهدف تحديد الأبعاد الأساسية لهذا المقياس، قامت الباحثة بإجراء استبيان مفتوح على مجموعة من المدمنين من طلاب الجامعة للحصول عن استجاباتهم وتم الاستفادة من استجاباتهم  في صياغة عبارات المقياس ، حُللت هذه الاستجابات وتم التوصل إلى عدة أبعاد اتفقت مع ما تناولته الأطر النظرية في متغير(الامتناع عن الإدمان والانتكاس ) ، وتم صياغة مجموعة من البنود المكونة للمقياس وعددها(64) عبارة مثلت الصورة المبدئية للمقياس، ثم قامت الباحثة بحساب الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس من خلال حساب الاتساق الداخلي والصدق والثبات لمقياس الامتناع عن الإدمان والانتكاس ، وقد خلصت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من الأبعاد التي يتكون منها مقياس الامتناع عن الإدمان والانتكاس لطلاب الجامعة المدمنين ، وعددها خمسة أبعاد مكونة من (46) عبارة ، وكانت أبعاد المقياس هي : ( مرحلة ما قبل الاعتزام ، مرحلة الاعتزام ، الانتكاس ، الاستمرارية ، الفعل ) ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إرتفاع مؤشرات الاتساق الداخلي والثبات والصدق لمقياس الامتناع عن الإدمان والانتكاس حيث دلت النتائج على إرتفاع معاملات الصدق والثبات وكذلك الاتساق الداخلي حيث كانت جميعها دالة إحصائياً .

The research  Summary :
The research aims to find agood tool to measure how to abuse or stop abusing drugs between the university students . It aims also to know how they could be replased after recovery . In order to do that the researcher studied some theories of some Arabic and foreigners studies about addiction and relapsed to identify the basic dimensions of thf this measurement . The researcher did questionnaire for agroup of addicts were analysed and many dimensions  were discovers which accordant to what the theories included about  the topic " stopping addiction and relapsed" Agroup of items were formed to complet the measurement and they are (64) phrased The iriangle of the initial picture of measurement . Then. The researcher comput  the  measurement Psychometric  Propertiesby computing the inside consistency , honesty stability of the  measurement of stopping add and relapsed. The researcher accessed dimensions consisted of (46) phrased. The dimensions are ( The stage of pre- intention , The stage of intention , relapsed, continuation and the action).
The study showed on altitude in the index of the inside consistency , honest and stability of the measurement of stopping addiction and relapsed . The results showed on altitude in the inexe of honesty , stability and the inside consistency also as they were all statistical cluse .
