آليات جذب الطلاب الدوليين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي دراسة مقارنة بين مصر وألمانيا

ملخص البحث:
هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف واقع الجهود المبذولة لجذب الطلاب الدوليين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في مصر، وتقديم بعض المقترحات لتعزيزها على ضوء الإفادة من خبرة ألمانيا. استخدم البحث المنهج المقارن، وخلص إلى مجموعة من المقترحات لتعزيز آليات جذب الطلاب الدوليين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في مصر منها: تنويع محتوى البرامج التعليمية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، والتركيز على التخصصات التي تمثل احتياجا حقيقيا في الأسواق المستهدفة، تبني مبادرات قومية لإنشاء جامعات مصرية عالمية على أساس تخصيص دعم إضافي من الحكومة لبعض مؤسسات التعليم العالي التي تظهر قدرتها على المنافسة عالميا، كخطوة لرفع تنافسية التعليم العالي في مصر، تطوير برامج تعليم اللغة العربیة لغير الناطقين بها، ضمن برنامج شامل للتعریف باللغة العربیة والثقافة المصریة، تشجيع مؤسسات التعليم العالي على تقديم نسبة مقبولة من مقرراتها باللغة الإنجليزية، وأن يتم احتساب هذه النسبة ضمن متطلبات اعتماد مؤسسات التعليم العالي، تحديث المواقع الرسمية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي في مصر بصفة مستمرة، وترجمتها بالعديد من اللغات،الاستفادة من مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والمواقع الرسمية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي في تفعيل التواصل مع الطلاب الدوليين.

Abstract:
The current research aims to know the reality of the efforts made to attract international students to higher education institutions in Egypt, and to present some proposals to enhance it in the light of benefiting from Germany's experience.
 The research used the comparative approach, and concluded with a set of proposals to enhance the mechanisms of attracting international students to higher education institutions in Egypt, including: diversifying the content of educational programs in higher education institutions, focusing on disciplines that represent a real need in the target markets, adopting national initiatives to establish international Egyptian universities on the basis of Allocating additional support from the government to some higher education institutions that demonstrate their ability to compete globally, as a step to raise the competitiveness of higher education in Egypt. Develop programs for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, within a comprehensive program to introduce the Arabic language and Egyptian culture. Encouraging higher education institutions to provide an acceptable rate. Among its courses in English, and that this percentage is calculated within the requirements for accrediting higher education institutions, constantly updating the official websites of higher education institutions in Egypt, and translating them into many languages, making use of social networking sites and official websites of higher education institutions in activating communication with international students.
