ملخص البحث :
تبرز مجتمعات التعلم كفلسفة تعليمية ومشروع تطويري إصلاحي يخطط لة من داخل المدرسة على ضوء رؤية ورسالة المدرسة ذاتها وطبيعة الإمكانات المادية والبشرية المتاحة وذلك من خلال العمل الجماعي المشترك والتعاون المثمر بين الطلاب والمعلمين وإدارة المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي ,وعلية يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في المدارس الدولية في دولة اليابان لتحقيق الإفادة منها بمصر,واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج المقارن,وعلية تناول البحث الإطار النظرى مجتمعات التعلم المهنية والمدارس الدولية ثم عرض خبرة اليابان حول مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في المدارس الدولية ثم تناول واقع مجتمعات التعلم المهنية  فى مصر بعدها تحليل أوجة التشابة والاختلاف بين مصر ودولة اليابان حول مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في المدارس الدولية ,وتوصلت الباحثة إلى عدة توصيات حول مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في المدارس الدولية  في مصر على ضوء خبرة اليابان.

Professional learning communities in international schools in Japan and how to benefit from Egypt
Research Summary:
Learning communities emerge as an educational philosophy and a reform development project planned from within the school in light of the school’s own vision and mission and the nature of the material and human capabilities available through joint teamwork and fruitful cooperation between students,teacher,school management and the local community,and therefore this research aims to identify professional learning communities in international schools in Japan to achieve benefit from them in Egypt ,and the researcher used the comparative approach ,and the theoretical framework of professional learning communities and international schools ,then present Japan,s experience about professional learning communities in international schools,then dealt with the reality of professional learning communities in Egypt ,after analyzing the similarities and diffreences between Egypt and the state of Japan about professional learning communities in international schools,and the researcher reached several recommendations about professional learning communities in international schools in Egypt in the light of Japan,s experience.
