فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم القائم على المشروعات عبر الويب في تنمية عمق المعرفة لتأمينات الأشخاص ومهارات التفاوض لدي طلاب التعليم الثانوي التجاري

المستخلص:
هدف البحث إلى  قياس فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم القائم على المشروعات عبر الويب  لتنمية عمق المعرفة لتأمينات الأشخاص ومهارات التفاوض لدي طلاب التعليم الثانوي التجاري، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبة التجريبي، وقد تم إعداد دروس وحدتي التأمين المؤقت والتأمين لمدي الحياة  وفقاً لاستراتيجية التعلم القائم على المشروعات عبر الويب، وتم إعداد اختبار عمق المعرفة لقياس مستويات عمق المعرفة لتأمينات الأشخاص، وإعداد مقياس لقياس مهارات التفاوض لدي الطلاب، وتم التطبيق علي عينة عددها(80) طالبة قسمت عشوائياً إلى مجموعة ضابطة وأخري تجريبية، وطبقت أدوات القياس قبلياً وبعدياً على المجموعتين، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن تفوق المجموعة التجريبية علي المجموعة الضابطة في كل من اختبار عمق المعرفة البعدي ومقياس مهارات التفاوض البعدي ؛ مما يدل على فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم القائم على المشروعات عبر الويب  لتنمية عمق المعرفة لتأمينات الأشخاص ومهارات التفاوض لدي طلاب التعليم التجاري.
 
 
 
The Effectiveness of Web-Based Project-Based Learning Strategy on Developing Depth of Knowledge of Life Insurance and Negotiation Skills for Commercial High school Students
 
Summary:
 
The study investigated the effectiveness of web-based project-based learning strategy on developing depth of knowledge of Life insurance and negotiation skills for Commercial high school Students. The researcher used the descriptive and quasi-experimental approach. The tools used were depth of knowledge for persons insurance test and Negotiation Skills scale. The Sample consisted of (80) students divided into experimental group and control group. The tools of the study were administered after and before the experiment. Results showed there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group students and control group students on the post depth of knowledge for persons insurance test and Negotiation Skills scale in favour of the experimental group. Finally, the study recommended re-directing and re-organizing the different curricula and subjects in education with the aim of developing depth of knowledge of persons insurance and negotiation skills and using different strategies to develop them.
