تنظيم التعليم المنزلي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وإمكانية الإفادة منها في مصر

تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما التصور المقترح لتنظيم التعليم المنزلي بمصر في ضوء خبرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وبما يتوافق مع ظروف المجتمع المصري؟، وتتناول الدراسة الجهود المبذولة لتنظيم التعليم المنزلي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومصر من حيث إجراءات تنظيم التعليم المنزلي، المؤسسات التي تقدم خدماتها في مجال التعليم المنزلي، وتسعى الدراسة لوضع تصور مقترح لتنظيم التعليم المنزلي في مصر بما يتوافق مع ظروف المجتمع المصري؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تطبق الدراسة المنهج المقارن، وفقًا للخطوات التالية:

الخطوة الأولى: تتضمن الإطار العام للدراسة، ويشمل مقدمة الدراسة، والمشكلة، وأهمية الدراسة وأهدافها ومنهجها، حدودها ومصطلحاتها، والدراسات العربية والأجنبية، وخطوات الدراسة.
الخطوة الثانية: تقديم إطار نظري للتعليم المنزلي في عالمنا المعاصر.
الخطوة الثالثة: وصف وتحليل الجهود المبذولة لتنظيم التعليم المنزلي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في ضوء القوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيه.
الخطوة الرابعة: وصف وتحليل الجهود المبذولة لتنظيم التعليم المنزلي في مصر في ضوء القوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيه.
الخطوة الخامسة: تفسير أوجه التشابه وأوجه الاختلاف لتنظيم التعليم المنزلي في الويات المتحدة الأمريكية ومصر بالرجوع إلى بعض المفاهيم الاجتماعية.
الخطوة السادسة: وضع تصور مقترح لتنظيم التعليم المنزلي بمصر في ضوء الخبرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وبما يتوافق مع ظروف الثقافية للمجتمع المصري.

The problem of the study is determined in answering the following main question: What is the proposed vision for organizing home education in Egypt in light of the experience of the United States of America and in accordance with the conditions of Egyptian society? The study addresses the efforts made to organize home education in the United States of America and Egypt in terms of procedures for organizing home education, Institutions that provide services in the field of home education, and the study seeks to develop a proposed vision for organizing home education in Egypt in line with the conditions of Egyptian society; To achieve this goal, the study applies the comparative method, according to the following steps:

The first step: includes the general framework of the study, including the introduction to the study, the problem, the importance of the study, its objectives and approach, its limits and terminology, Arab and foreign studies, and the study steps.
The second step: presenting a theoretical framework for home education in our contemporary world.
Step Three: Describe and analyze the efforts made to organize home schooling in the United States of America in light of the forces and cultural factors affecting it.
Fourth Step: Describe and analyze the efforts made to organize home education in Egypt in light of the cultural forces and factors affecting it.
The fifth step: Interpreting the similarities and differences to the organization of home education in the United States of America and Egypt with reference to some social concepts.
The sixth step: Develop a proposed vision for organizing home education in Egypt in the light of the experience of the United States of America and in accordance with the cultural conditions of the Egyptian society.
