متطلبات تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مصر

هدف البحث إلي القاء الضوء علي الأسس النظرية للميزة التنافسية من حيث المفهوم والأهمية والأهداف والأسس التي تقوم عليها ، ومصادر واستراتيجيات وأنواع الميزة التنافسية وكذلك توضيح أهمية مرحلة ومؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مصر وأهدافها وتحليل واقع هذه المؤسسات علي ضوء مؤشرات الميزة التنافسية وذلك في محاولة للوصول إلي بعض المقترحات التي تسهم في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بها، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي ، وتوصل البحث لبعض النتائج منها ضعف قدرة مؤسسات رياض الأطفال علي تحقيق الميزة التنافسية وذلك لغياب الهيكل التنظيمي بها وافتقارها لسد العجز في أعداد المعلمات ومايترتب عليه من قلة العمل الجماعي وغياب روح الفريق ،قلة استخدام الأجهزة التكنولوجية المتطورة في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال خاصة في المناطق النائية، مايناسب مؤسسات رياض الأطفال من أنواع الميزة التنافسية هوتميز المنتج، ومن المشكلات التي تواجه الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال الفوضى الإدارية واتخاذ قرارات متتالية غير مدروسة وغيرمقترنة بالواقع الفعلي لهذه المؤسسات .

The aim of the research is to shed light on the theoretical foundations of competitive advantage in terms of concept, importance, objectives and foundations on which it is based, sources, strategies and types of competitive advantage, as well as clarifying the importance of the stage and institutions of kindergartens in Egypt and their objectives and analyzing the reality of these institutions in the light of indicators of competitive advantage, in an attempt to reach some The proposals that contribute to achieving the competitive advantage in it, and the descriptive approach was used, and the research reached some results, including the weak ability of kindergarten institutions to achieve the competitive advantage, due to the absence of the organizational structure in them and their lack of filling the deficit in the number of teachers and the consequent lack of teamwork and the absence of team spirit, lack of The use of advanced technological devices in kindergarten institutions, especially in remote areas, What suits kindergarten institutions from the types of competitive advantage is product excellence, and one of the problems facing the competitive advantage in kindergarten institutions is administrative chaos and successive decisions that are not studied and are not associated with the actual reality of these institutions.
