دور المنظمة الذكية الرقمية في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي لجامعة مدينة السادات

تعد المنظمات الذكية موضوعا رائدا في ميادين الإدارة بشكل عام والمنظمة والسلوك التنظيمي بشكل خاص، وقد هدف البحث الى الكشف عن أبعاد المنظمة الذكية وأهمية توافرها في الجامعات المصرية  حيث سعت العديد من الجامعات حول العالـم للتحول إلى الجامعات الذكية حتي تستطيع المنافسة محليا و إقليمياً وعالمياً؛ لذا بدأت الجامعات بتوفير متطلبات ومقومات الجامعات الذكية، وقد هدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتحسين الأداء المؤسسي للمنظمات الجامعية فى العصر الرقمى وبناء على ذلك حاول البحث الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية :
1 . ما الإطار الفكرى للمنظمة الذكية الرقمىة في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي للمنظمات الجامعية ؟
2 .ما انعكاسات العصر الرقمى على  الأداء المؤسسي للمنظمات الجامعىة ؟
3 .ما المقومات الأساسية للمنظمة الذكية الرقمية ؟
4 .ما واقع مقومات المنظمة الذكية الرقمية  فى جامعة مدينة السادات ؟
5 .ما التصور المقترح لتحسين الأداء المؤسسي للمنظمات الجامعية فى العصر الرقمى في ضوء الاطارين النظري والميداني ؟
وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج أساسي له ، وقد توصلت النتائج إلي توافر بعض متطلبات الجامعات الذكية داخل جامعة مدينة السادات بمصر بدرجة معقولة، مثل سعي الجامعة لامتلاك الأشخاص الأذكياء، وكذلك الإدارة الذكية، وبيئات التعلم الذكية، ولكن لا تتوافر المباني الذكية بالجامعة، والجدير بالذكر أن الجامعة بصدد بناء حرم جامعي جديد لمختلف كلياتها ومعاهدها وإدارتها علي أعلي مستوي من التجهيزات والإمكانيات، والتي ستوفر هذه المتطلبات بدرجة كبيرة بلا شك. ونظراً لقلة توافر بعض المتطلبات والمقومات الخاصة بالجامعة الذكية في جامعة مدينة السادات، فتقترح الباحثة التصور المقترح التالي لتحسين الوضع مستقبلاَ.
 
Summary
Smart organizations are a leading topic in the fields of management in general and the organization and organizational behavior in particular. The research aimed to reveal the dimensions of the smart organization and the importance of its availability in Egyptian universities, as many universities around the world have sought to switch to smart universities so that they can compete locally, regionally and globally; Therefore, universities began to provide the requirements and components of smart universities, and the research aimed to reach a proposed vision for improving the institutional performance of university organizations in the digital age. Accordingly, the research tried to answer the following questions:
1 . What is the intellectual framework of the digital smart organization in improving the institutional performance of university organizations?

What are the implications of the digital age on the institutional performance of university organizations?
What are the basic components of a digital smart organization?
What is the reality of the components of the smart digital organization at Sadat City University?
What is the proposed scenario for improving the institutional performance of university organizations in the digital age?

The research relied on the descriptive approach as its primary approach, and the results showed that some requirements of smart universities are available within Sadat City University in Egypt to a reasonable degree, such as the university’s pursuit of smart people, as well as smart management, and smart learning environments, but smart buildings are not available at the university, and it is worth It is worth mentioning that the university is in the process of building a new campus for its various faculties, institutes and administration with the highest level of equipment and capabilities, which will undoubtedly provide these requirements to a large extent. In view of the lack of availability of some of the requirements and components of the smart university at Sadat City University, the researcher proposes the following proposed scenario to improve the situation in the future.
