كشف البحث عن واقع تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بجامعة الفيوم، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عدد (400) عضو من اعضاء هيئة التدريس من مختلف كليات الجامعة العملية والنظرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الميدانية الى نتائج من اهمها حرص القيادات الجامعية بجامعة الفيوم على الإبداع الاستراتيجي وذلك من خلال تبني الأفكار المبتكرة، والسعي لكشف الفرص المتاحة واستثمارها قبل المنافسين، وذلك لتعزيز مكانة الجامعة ومركزها التنافسي. وتبني سياسة التجديد والابتكار وذلك من خلال اعتماد الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في التعليم، وكذلك تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات من خلال فرق عمل متخصصة، مع حرص القيادات الجامعية بجامعة الفيوم على تحقيق الجودة الشاملة، وقد قامت الباحثة بطرح عدد من التوصيات لتعزيز الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بجامعة الفيوم ومن اهمها توفير بنية تحتية تقنية متكاملة تتضمن الشبكات، وقواعد البيانات، والحاسبات، والبرامج اللازمة لحفظ المعرفة ومشاركتها، تصنيف المعلومات والبيانات بطرق علمية للاستفادة منها في الحصول على المعرفة، توفير الدعم المالي والوقت والطاقة اللازمين للتعلم المستمر، تدعيم ثقافة الحوار والمناقشات البناءة وتوفير مناخ للعمل يتسم بالتعاون والاحترام والتعامل في إطار من الشفافية.

      The research extract revealed the reality of achieving sustainable competitive advantage at Fayoum University, and a questionnaire was applied to the number of (400) faculty members from various practical colleges of the university, the field study has reached to the results of the most important of which is the leaders at Fayoum University to strategic creativity by adopting innovative ideas, and seeking to uncover opportunities and invest them before competitors, in order to enhance the university’s position and its competitive position, Adopting a policy of innovation through the adopting of modern technological means in education, as well as the implementation of strategies through specialized task forces, with the keenness of University Leaders at the University Fayoum on achieving overall quality, the researcher has made a number of  recommendation to enhance the sustainable competitive advantage at Fayoum University, the most important to provide integrated technical infrastructure that includes networks, databases, computers, and programs needed to preserve and share knowledge, classifying information and data in scientific in gaining knowledge, providing the financial support, time and energy needed for continuous learning, strengthening the culture of dialogue and constructive discussions and providing climate of work characterized by cooperation respect and transparency.
