هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الأسس الفكرية والفلسفية  للجدارات القيادية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي من حيث ما هية الجدارات القيادية وخصائصها وأهميتها ،  أنواع الجدارات القيادية ، ثم التطرق لأهم ملامح خبرة دولة ماليزيا في تنمية الجدارات القيادية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي على ضوء القوى والعوامل المؤثرة من حيث تنمية الجدارات القيادية لمديري مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في ماليزيا من خلال برامج وآليات معينة ، ثم القوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة في ماليزيا والتي انعكست على النهضة التعليمية بها ، ثم رصد أهم ملامح الجهود  المصرية في مجال تنمية الجدارات القيادية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي  من حيث أهم ملامح خبرة مصر في هذا المجال والقوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة عليها ، مع بيان أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين خبرة مصر وخبرة ماليزيا في تنمية الجدارات القيادية لدي مديري مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي 
وانتهى البحث بوضع  عدة آليات مقترحة  لتنمية الجدارات القيادية لدي مديري مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي  بمصر على ضوء خبرة ماليزيا .
Summary
The aim of the current research is to identify the intellectual and philosophical foundations of leadership competencies among the principals of pre-university education schools in terms of what leadership competencies are, their characteristics and importance, types of leadership competencies, and then addressing the most important features of Malaysia’s experience in developing the leadership competencies of principals of pre-university schools on The light of the forces and influencing factors in terms of developing the leadership competencies of the principals of pre-university schools in Malaysia through certain programs and mechanisms, then the forces and cultural factors affecting in Malaysia, which were reflected on the educational renaissance in it, and then monitoring the most important features of the Egyptian efforts in the field of developing the leadership competencies of school principals Pre-university education in terms of the most important features of Egypt's experience in this field and the forces and cultural factors affecting it, with a statement of the similarities and differences between Egypt's experience and Malaysia's experience in developing leadership competencies among principals of pre-university education schools
The research ended with making several suggested Mechanisms for developing the leadership competencies of the principals of pre-university schools in Egypt in the light of Malaysia's experience .
